This store is a gem in East City. If you or someone you know has gluten or dairy allergies or are vegan, definitely check this store out. They have gluten free food options here that I've not been able to find anywhere else in Peterborough or Toronto. And the staff are very friendly and helpful and open to helping me source items they don't have that I can't find anywhere. They also make great recommendations as they're very knowledgeable - gluten free bread is typically a very discouraging item to find as its often pricey but doesn't taste good, but the one they recommended, Schär, is the yummiest gluten free bread I've ever had, and I've been eating exclusively gluten free food for over 10 years. Also, a lot of the time, specialty stores are extra expensive, but on multiple occasions, theyre prices have been cheaper than Well.ca, and the rest of the time pricing is fair for what they carry. I definitely recommend this store. If you can't find what your looking for when you get there, just ask, and I'm sure they'll help you find what you need.

I don't make it to East City very often but when I can't find what I need closer to where I live, they are my first stop. They have an excellent inventory and if they don't have what you need, they will get it in as soon as possible, and be happy to do so. The staff are friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It is an absolute joy to shop there.

Incredible selection and super friendly staff! We get most of our vitamins here, but it's also a great place to shop if you have dietary restrictions that need to be accommodated.
