I would like to receive my package that’s going on 10 days without delivery. I called the help center to remove the signature requirement and Fed Ex Owen Sound continues to hold my package instead of leaving it on my porch. They continue to try and deliver my package at 1pm everyday. I wrote a note saying “please leave package at front door I took off signature requirements” and I still don’t receive my package. I work all day like everyone else please Fed Ex Owen Sound it you’re reading this respond or something to help me receive my package. Thanks...

Terrible place to deal with. Sat around all day the first day waiting for delivery till 8pm. Watched a driver go passed about 7pm , hit the brakes and then kept on going. Now the second day was told driver doesn't start till 10am (really) , now 10:30 and nobody at customer service can tell me if or when I will get delivery. I'm told they will leave it out side for someone to steal it or wait around for another day. Not customer friendly at all.

FedEx ship center in OWEN SOUND??!!!Fantastic!! The gal that was there was really nice BUT NOT FAUX FUR NICE. If you know what I mean...yup I left with a smile and still laughing from our chat. It makes a world of difference, especially AT TIMES LIKE THESE.., you know what? It's any day any time a positive transaction is wayyyyyy better$&$@?)

My 2 day business day shipping took 10 + days to show up from the 17th of July for united states to Canada. $250+ cad shipping for 2 business day. So who owes me money for there shipping lies!!!
