NAPA AUTOPRO - Mckenzie Tireland

I was at the gas station next to Tireland and noticed my tire was about to burst. I was in a panic because I have to work out of town tomorrow. I took it into tireland and they ordered the tires I wanted and had them installed right away so I could make my trip. Excellent service

My first time to this fantastic shop with my 29 year old car that was having electrical issues that I thought would need an exorcist. But was fixed quickly and at a great price without the pea soup. If you're looking for a good shop don't waste anymore time just go there and you won't need to look anymore.

I brought them my summer rims with old worn out tires on them, and a sweet of brand new tires that came with the car when I bought it. I asked them to throw them on the rims, but not to put the wheels actually on the car, and I dropped it all off and came back at the end of the day to a finished set of wheels and tires, asking with the new TPMS sensors in each wheel that I asked for.I asked about programming the sensors to my car, and they said that I needed to actually install them before they could be programmed, because the other set needed to be out of range of the sensors. They also said that sometimes they would auto detect by the car after being installed and initialized, but that other times they will need to be programmed. Fair enough, so I installed them that night, and reset the TPMS light, but no dice, the light remained on.So they said to bring the car near the end of the day, and they could program it for 50 bucks. Fair enough, they charge that to anyone who gets wheels installed with new sensors.I just brought my car in to have them programmed, and the guy took my keys, brought my car in, and maybe ten minutes later he came back and said some Toyota and Lexus are easy

Could have bluffed me into buying a new tyre but chose not to and fixed the pathetic one I brought in. They also helped me quickly when no one else would even entertain getting me in. Great shop.

***$$$*** Extremely BAD experience !$$$! job was NOT DONE ! they did an alignment and fixed My van suspension, with NO any additional recomadation. about 300KM after at the tire shop, mechanic found that rubber on steering broken so hard that all lubrication was lost, parts need replaced ASAP and estimate $110 Labor & $40 parts. so I come back to NAPA" where alignement and suspention work was done recently

I discovered McK Tireland when I needed new All Seasons Tires put on. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. They are definetly my go to place for anything Tire-related. Had winter tires put on a different car and also found the service to be quick and efficient. That said, I did find their price for an oil change to be a little expensive. But overall friendly service and great when it comes to tires.

I picked up a screw in a tire, and Mckenzie Tireland was able to help me right away. I was hoping that it could be repaired, but it needed replaced; Mckenzie Tireland found an exact match and had it remounted in a few hours.Thanks a lot for your quick help with this!

Couldn't be happier with the service. I called with an emergency and within 2 hours they not only got back to me, but my tire was fixed and car ready to go.No hidden charges and I got exactly what I was told to expect.Highly recommend this place if you want to be treated fairly and with respect.
