Fantastic Japanese garden with a large pond, waterfall, pathways and an eagle's nest nearby. The garden also has a lot of history and memorial plaques.

Really pretty place to sit. Admire the flowers and Japanese maple, babbling brook. Paved, shaded trail, easy. Small piece of tranquility in the city.

Beautiful Japanese Garden! Perfect spot for fall foliage. But sadly garbage everywhere along the trail. Please people let everyone enjoy this beautiful view. Don’t fill it with garbage! A bit hard to find parking spot and entrance. You can enter parking lot from renfrew st entrance.

Dense trees and plants satisfy a sense of privacy. Perfect for a coffee break. But might get a little shady in the evening as it's a potential place of hiding.

Closed off from public each year when Playland open. There is a walkway with tree shade when walking to Playland purple entrance (Hastings area). Will post update in fall when park opens after Playland season done this summer.

Such a great place. I live nearby and I come here often to relax myself. From outside, you can not see this tiny place. Its 3 minutes walk from the main street!

Peaceful and nicely designed small asian themed park. It's a great place for a short walk with your pet or for jogging.

It was designed well and should be beautiful. But it is seriously lacking of maintenance at this moment. The pond is almost dry out.
