Health Momentum is an amazing group of practitioners who genuinely care about you as a person. What I like best is that they treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. Valerie is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like one of the family. I know I am cared about from the moment I enter the door. Sarah - Dr. Millar - listens to me and is committed to doing the best she can to help. And i loved it that she wanted to know how committed I was to the process. So if you are looking for a great place to go for all your health needs look no further...you will not be disappointed.

I was referred to Health Momentum by a friend and met with Dr. Millar to work on some pain in my knees and legs. Immediately I felt comfortable with Dr. Millar and she diagnosed my issues quickly and efficiently, which previously had been misdiagnosed by another Dr. She prescribed not only fixes for the current problems I was having, but also gave me insight into how to avoid running into these problems again. After a few sessions, I was able to begin to feel the pain subsiding and am now back to my regular routine.She also took the time to learn about my entire lifestyle and not only the current problem I was having. This allows me to watch for certain things that may be problematic at my age and level of activity.I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Millar for anything that you feel she could help you with. Dr Sarah does an amazing job! She and her office are both friendly and professional. It is a very comfortable and enjoyable experience to become a patient at Health Momentum. Sarah is excellent with kids and she has helped my kids improve their health and be motivated to keep working on their own health!I would definitely recommend Dr Sarah and Health Momentum for anyone who is looking to improve their health.

Sarah has me helped me not only physically but emotionally and spiritually aswell. She helped me gain my confidence and self esteem back after bad relationships. I went to see the osteopath. I'm sure she's great, but I went for a 45 minute appointment, saw me only for 15 minutes and told me she couldn't do anything for me. Told me what I should do and still charged me $115.
