Bought Fridge, stove washer and dryer here. Appliances were all ready at the date they said they would have them. When we unpacked fridge, it was significantly damaged. Called them and they were very helpful, got it arrange to pick up the damaged fridge and even brought us a loaner to use while waiting for the new one to arrive! The new one came within the time they said and all went very smooth. Excellent service, timely, efficient & reasonable cost!

Sadly, I am a bit disappointed. Salesman was friendly, showroom was nice. Paid the $34.99 for delivery. I find out when it is delivered that apparently I only paid for a drop off". The salesman didn't mention that it would be more money for the delivery guys to actually bring it into our home. I had to enlist the help of a neighbour to get it out of my garage. We are new to Tillsonburg and this was our first local purchase and to say it was not what we expected would be an understatement. Oh well

Had our 20 year old maytag fridge repaired by Hurleys technician Darren. Fast friendly and professional. Reasonable price. Very pleased.

We purchased our washer & dryer here just under 4 years ago and went for the extended warranty. Just 2 months short of the warranty expitation our washer stopped operating properly. One quick call to Hurley's and Darren (service tech) was at our door the next day. It took 3 visits to completely fix the issue as there were multiple issues that affected the opwration of the units. Sales was top notch and Darren is well knowledged in his trDe. Will definitely buy here again.

I called right before closing one afternoon with a problem with my fridge. Hurley's had their repairman at my house before 8:30 the next morning. He diagnosed the issue quickly and the service call was very reasonably priced. I've dealt with Bob and Irene for years when they had Sears and they were always kind, honest and friendly. Their salesperson, Dave is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Hurley's Mattress & Appliance.

I had service technicians come to my home this morning to replace my front loading washing machine seal. While here they inspected and cleaned both my washer and dryer..They noticed during the dryer inspection it needed parts. The techs were polite, professional and thorough. The price with parts was very reasonable. The best part they found 90.00 in cash. Wooohoot

I am extremely disappointed in my latest dealings with Hurley’s. Over the years I have purchased several appliances from this company with good results. Not this time.I have recently had to go on oxygen full time. I had to replace my 2 year old gas range with an electric due to not being able to be within 10 feet of an open flame.I ordered and paid in full at the time. Shortly thereafter on discussing delivery dates I was informed that the two delivery men and the gas technician would not be wearing masks, they were all exempt. I informed the owner that due to my health concerns I was very uncomfortable with that. He told me they were all exempt and due to the privacy act they did not have to disclose the reason and actually hung up on me. The three of them came to my house unmasked, were offered masks and declined . I will not be doing business with Hurley’s in the future. Obviously their irresponsible beliefs are more important than a 77 year comprised person.

Delivery was fine. The rest of the experience was terrible. I will never shop here again. Salesman was useless to say the least. Use Willaert's or Stubbes.

My washer broke down on me.... I called them, they were there the next day and had it fixed with in a week. Great service guy! Very reasonable cost too!!

Our dryer had to be repaired. I had a rough idea of the problem and what it might cost. Hurley's came in to assess and then later to repair. The service man was exceptionally polite and very thorough in his work. There was actually more wrong with the dryer than what I had guessed. I was VERY surprised to see the final bill was less than what I had budgetted for my initial thoughts on the problem with it. I thought there was an error on the bill as I saw a part noted for $65 that was not included in the total. When I called the store to say they undercharged me they indicated that the part was not required and so they took it back. I was so VERY impressed. I would never had known but this business is not only very friendly but incredibly honest. I HIGHLY recommend Hurley's Mattress & Appliance not just for purhcase but also repair.
