Christina was amazing! I had questions about my Honda Civic I had just purchased. She was able to not only tell me about the technology but show me in depth how to use it all. She was very patient and kind. I would highly recommend visiting Christina if you have any questions regarding your Honda.

Went to this dealership to speak with Steve, the service manager, about paint peeling off my 2017 Honda CR-V for no apparent reason. Steve said he'd reach out to Honda to see if coverage in good faith could be aquired to fix the issue, as it is clearly the low quality paint job to blame. He took extensive photos of the vehicle and sent me on my way with an assurance that within a few weeks I would have an answer.I would've been happy to just have been told no, it's not covered, so that I could go ahead and get the issue resolved. Instead, here we are 2 months and several phone calls later, and I still have no response. Steve is nowhere to be found and head office is entirely unhelpful. I just got off the phone with an agent who advised there is no way this will be covered, simply by glancing at the request. Again, it has been TWO MONTHS. I've been waiting for the response to proceed with fixing the issue, risking rust on my car while being played around with by Honda.Not to mention this dealership is at least 40 years outdated.I definitely don't recommend going here for anything, especially service.Edit: I am not displeased with the fact that Honda is not covering the paint issue, I actually expected this. My issue is that after 2 months and more than a few calls to Image Honda following up on the request, no one ever got back to me. I could've fixed the issue and moved on several times over. In fact, their response to this review is the first time I've heard them tell me it isn't covered. Great job Image Honda!

We enjoyed the experience of buying a new car from Image Honda in the fall of 2021. Been in twice for service. Efficient, friendly people.

Purchased a Honda civic from them when I went in they treated me well obviously they wanted to sell. The sales guy let me test drive the car he told me first service is included which is the standard. We finalized the purchase, I didn’t know they were supposed to offer a gift card which I never heard of, when it was time for the first service they said it was not included could not provide me with any info apparently the representative who sold the car no longer works there in the span of 5months. They insisted I pay $300 for the service, this was upsetting to me as I felt they lied to sell the car and the dealership simply acted as it was not their problem. My advice will be go over each paper work and confirm everything before picking the car.

Mike was an amazing salesman, he made sure I got what I wanted and I love my new car! The dealership was quick and I have no complaints! Julie was also very kind and explained everything. I would recommend anyone to buy a new car here!:)

Bought a civic here recently from Adrian and all the staff took great care of me. Very friendly and professional. They explain all the options for protection but aren’t pushy about it. Christina was great with the pick up and very knowledgeable about the car.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP( Image Honda). I paid extra for 200,000 km bumper to bumper warranty and the service manager doesn't honor it. I took it back a few times because there was something wrong and they said there is nothing wrong with it and now, because they didn't catch the problem, it caused other issues and I have to pay to get the car with 200,000 km warranty fixed. My Civic is the 3rd car in 6 years and that is how they treat me.
