Twice my dad has been over charged for dip manicure gift certificate. Once at Christmas time and now again for Valentines Day. He was charged $55 plus tax for a regular $40 dip manicure gift certificate. If I did not check the receipt he would not have known because he thought that was the price. But it is not acceptable to be overcharging someone $15 for a service. I even spoke on the phone with Annie to clarify the prices for dip manicures and she said $40 for a dip manicure (no fake tips) and $45 for a dip manicure with full set of fake tips. So to be charged $55 is not okay. I feel like my dad has been taken advantage of because he doesn’t know the actual prices.

Very friendly staff however nails started chipping and the clear coat is coming off after 4 days, this has never happened to me with a Shellac manicure before. Pretty disappointed with quality given the cost.

She cut my 2 fingers to blood during manicure. Was very sharp when doing it. At the end charged me 20 dollars more saying that it is another kind of nails. I did the same nails a few months ago and the price was the same. Didn't suggest me any alcohol to sterilize my skin that she cut.

I got a shellac pedicure there a week ago and it still look fabulouse. Great job Vanþ

Kelly Le the best place in downtown. Preston to get your nails done. I am always extremely happy when my nails are done. Very gentle and no Nick's when their done.

My partner and I have gone in twice for couples pedicures and both times have been poor experiences. Our first visit I sat with me feet in the water for half an hour until it was cold and had to ask multiple times to be served. Second time we got 10 minutes of service and my feet looked terrible at the end. We will be finding another salon

They are so cheap. They always add water to their shellac nail polish and that’s why my shellac nails polish comes off the next day. When you go back to fix it, they charge extra. Also worst hair dresser ever. The owner cut my hair sooo short that I had to use hair extensions until it grows back. Please save your money and go somewhere else unless you do your nails every 2 days.

Excellent Pedicure. New massage chairs are amazing and the customer service is always friendly and professional. Everyone I’ve brought or recommended to come is always happy with their experience too.
