30 seconds after ordering, my friends burger was snatched rate out of his hands by a seagull on the patio, in front of the manager. The manager then started to laugh as it was pretty funny at first, however when we asked if we could get another burger, it was a hard no and he continued laughing at us. After a couple of strangers and multiple friends who were witnesses of this event complained to the staff, they ended up giving us free fries but no burger?? Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and there were way to many birds on there patio with something like this just waiting to happen. 1 star review

Fred is such a great community guy! He supports everything in our community and has the best Whoppers over all other Burger King. Was regretted to get a glass of boiled water!!!!!! Manager is rude, said she don't have a boiled water (having it in front of me!!!). After some time spend on argue with me she finally sold it for 1$She better to clean this trashy smelled place and wash her hands properly to not have a dirt under her nails.

Just ordered at this location. The Filipino lady at the counter was rude. She doesn’t have manners and gave pathetic customer service. She said I dont know what you mean when ordering Oreo Blast and started yelling and passing rude comments. Had the worst experience ever.

My one experience here was pretty bad. I was the only customer who ordered and was waiting for food and it took forever (the food tasted okay, hence the 2 stars). Half of the food was given to me 10 minutes before the other half. All during my waiting an employee (member of management I believe) was on the patio with 3 other employees and they were arguing about not getting paid. It was very unprofessional. While waiting for my food the employees in the back were also talking about the same thing. They really should have met somewhere else and not talked and argued with each other around all the people who were trying to enjoy their meals.

Very unfriendly staff when I came in yesterday (15/09/18). Last weekend for good beach weather. I thought I would go and get my meals. I paid for my food and asked for an extra cup (I was willing to pay like 0.25 cents or extra for it but was told that it is $1.00. I even got my mozzarella sticks and noticed the yound lady closed my bag without me checking it so I asked her if she placed my marinara sauce in the bag and was told, We're out". Ok...then maybe you should've given me the cup free if you wanted to cheap me out. Just to give visitors an idea of how overpriced their food is

*AVOID THIS LOCATION*1 I asked for Sprite and whatever was given to me tasted like stale water, the water from the lake across the road tastes way better.2 I stood there for 10 minutes with the staff walking around doing nothing and taking my order was their least priority.3 The quarter pound has nothing to do with the ad picture, and tasted gross.

Burger King was clean and tidy, burger was fresh and despite the weather the workers still had smiles on their faces! Best Burger King, freshest burgers, the owner really seems to maintain his equipment and care for his staff.
