Mark (owner) is wonderful. After feeling ripped off by a dealer, I started to come here. Fast, efficient, kind, fairly priced. I recommend them to everyone with a VW/Audi!

I've been to see Mark & the crew at Independent Tuning a number of times now. The reason I keep going back (and will continue to do so) is because of their integrity, incredible workmanship & reasonable rates. I also appreciate how Mark takes the time to explain to me exactly what they're doing & why. Oh...and honestly, this is the CLEANEST shop I've ever seen. So much so, I had to compliment him on that! Can't recommend Independent Tuning enough!

I've been a customer for two decades, and have had nothing but honest and competent service. Car dealers seem to have difficulty finding proper specialists, and often misdiagnose, or overcharge for their work. It was great to find a mechanic that not only knows his way around cars, but is a true specialist. I have recommended Mark and his shop to other Audi aficionados, as well friends that drive other German cars; this shop has evolved over the years, increasing its scope, yet it has never let me down.

Honest Mechanic Shop. You won't be up sold. You can't take your Audi A8 to just anyone outside of the dealership. After kissing a few costly frogs I arrived at their door and never left.

If there was 10 stars I would choose that! Mark is one of the best and nicest mechanics I know. My Audi’s clock spring broke and he helped me order one. Due to Covid and part shortages it took a long time to come but Mark checked with Audi constantly for updates and let me know. He goes above and beyond and is extremely honest and nice guy. Thank you Mark for all that you do!

This is the place to go! I bring my car here even though it isn’t the closest to me because you know you get a quality service and believe it or not it is cheaper than half the other places you will take your car. I have brought my Audi here and every time leave satisfied, the attention to detail is second to none. If you want it done right and don’t want to worry about anything come here.
