Amazing vet! My big dog is very comfortable there and that’s saying a lot as he is pretty judgmental! But we have had amazing visits that have been stress free for him. I would highly recommend Ardrossan Veterinary Clinic for your loved ones needs!!

This is the most amazing Veterinary clinic we've ever been to! The entire team is so sweet, loving & knowledgeable. Pricing is more then fair. Dr. Walters always takes her time and answers every question, she's thorough and you never feel rushed, you always feel heard. Our 1 year old lab mix, Joey, is madly in love with her. As soon as we pull up the drive he starts whining with excitement to get inside - the vet is one of his favorite places and we couldn't be more thankful for always making it such a positive experience for him. Gabby in reception is so kind and patient, she always answers all of our questions, offers suggestions, calls back to check in. I cannot recommend this team enough!! We recently moved to St. Albert but will continue to make the drive, we can't imagine trusting anyone else the same way with the care of our animals.

Booked an appointment as a new client with a new puppy. Upon arrival to the clinic the door is locked with a note to call the clinic regarding booked appointments.This clinic does not allow owners in with their pets and failed to mention this upon booking.Very disappointed that everyone’s time was wasted and for a time sensitive appointment. This situation could’ve easily been avoided with proper communication.

Went to this vet after moving to the area and ordered a medication. Same day realized we didn't need it, but I had already paid $50.00Received phone calls to get reimbursed but didn't put the time aside to go get it refunded. ( all happened within the last 3 months)I thought I would just have it applied next time I was in, as I have a cat with chronic conditions.Keep in mind in no Voice-mail was I advised that if I didn't go get the refund it would be cleared off my account and the vet would just keep it!Well I found out today that they just took the money and no refund will be offered. Instead I demanded the OVERPRICED lysene I don't need just to get something out of it.Won't be taking my animals here again.

We use this clinic for both of our cats, their prices are great and they're wonderful with the animals. They're knowledgable, and always patient with explaining problems and reasons to me. It's a great cozy location, and I always feel like I'm with family when making a vet visit. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Such an incredible team at Ardrossan Veterinary Clinic! They are compassionate, kind, loving, and truly care about your pet(s). I so appreciate the time the Dr.'s have taken to discuss any care related pieces about my pet and they answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely love this place. Had my large breed boy Otis there since he was a puppy. Brought him there on and off for 9 years until he passed this year. And he loved the vets there. My other dogs have also been going there quite a big as well. Very friendly and take the time to ensure the proper care for your animal and makes sure you understand everything going on.

Awesome vet! Dr. K is very caring and compassionate. She spent time with us and our furry friend. We highly recommend her and will continue to bring our pets to the clinic.
