Terrible delivery service, we received delivery yesterday driver asked my assistant to sign off the delivery and just left the boxes in the back alley outside the building and left in, Temp was 33+ ,despite we prepaid for the delivery to be brought inside.

Just had a delivery done with Rosenau Transport. The driver Robert was awesome. It was a heavy delivery and he was so helpful. You are lucky to have Robert representing your company. Thanks again Robert!

Just had my boat delivered today from this company, the driver who delivered it was extremely friendly and thoughtful! Went above helping me get that big boat into my tiny porch with steep steps before he left, I really appreciate it, I don’t think I would have been able to do it by myself. Thanks for the extra hand!

Consider alternate logistics services.I had recently received a confirmation for a delivery of a large shipment, which requires a team and an electrician to install upon receipt. The team was in place on the scheduled delivery date waiting until late into the evening, at which point Rosenau dispatch was contacted and they had informed me that the package is not coming and it appears that I did not receive any communication about that. The dispatcher apologized for the inconvenience and stated that the package will be delivered in 2 days and provided a delivery window of time.Understanding that this is a challenging time for logistics companies due to the current conditions, I reached out to the front desk of the terminal to confirm the delivery date the next morning, and was advised that it was never actually rescheduled and I will have to wait until I receive a phone call. I then proceeded to reach out to the Customer Service Manager, who was very pleasant to work with and who arranged for a delivery of the package a week later and had confirmed the date and time of the delivery via email. The receiving team was once again in place and waited for the entire day and no delivery arrived yet again, with no contact from Rosenau to advise us of this despite being provided two different contacts. Any attempts to contact Rosenau or the support team went directly to voicemail.My delivery status continues to be unknown at this time after three confirmed dates failing to arrive entirely.Rosenau currently has some significant challenges with operational efficiency and if you require services for yourself, your company, or your customers, I strongly advise that you reconsider.

Delivery trucks are some of the worst we've ever experienced. Time and time again they disappoint us. We share a building with a different trucking company and even that company says they can't believe how lazy the delivery drivers are and how poorly deliveries are managed. They won't do a single thing. Won't even lift a finger. They are often rude, and completely useless. If it wasn't being delivered from a different company to us, (aka we had a say in the delivery method), we'd use a different company, no question in our mind. We tell everyone we can to never use this company.

Absolutely offensive, incompetent, reprehensible company. DO NOT trust these people to deliver anything for you!I was called on Monday and told my items would be delivered Tuesday -- SOME TIME. I was told I have to sit home from 8:00 to 4:00 p.m.Around noon Tuesday Rosenau called and said that their truck had broken down and that my item could not be delivered until Wednesday, the next day.Again, I was told I had to be at home between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. as They could not give me an estimate on delivery. On Wednesday, I received a call at 2:00 p.m. and they told me they couldn't deliver it until 6:00 p.m.So then, Wednesday 6:10 p.m. guy calls again and says his truck broke down. Same nonsense as I was told the day before.So, two days of lost wages, no item delivered and I have no prospect on when my item will be delivered. I now have to sit and steam and stew all night.This is pathetic.

I had a fairly large, expensive package delivered to my house and Rosenau was contracted for the delivery. The company I ordered from had to call me to confirm my number because apparently Rosenau tried multiple times" and my number was "delisted"

Not good for new job seekers. Worst company to work with.Hire only for contract taking interviews and no reply after that you got hired or not from hr you have email them and cal them to get responses and the contract you sign and in the interview what they say it’s not matching. And training staff is really unprofessional when you ask them what to do next instead of doing nothing or getting training. There reply is there is nothing to do at the moment. Then they will blame you and give reason. For terminating you that you are fit for this job or not doing what we were expecting.

Awesome experience with their shipping. The driver called ahead so I was ready for him, it's a bit of a tricky spot to back into (about 60 meters in reverse on a narrow driveway) but he got it in one shot and within 1/4 of where I wanted the pallets. I've used many shipping outfits over the last 20 years and I am very very happy with Roseneau!! Their driver Gord is awesome! Will definitely use them again and will recommend to all my suppliers and clients! Way to go!!"

Would of have no stars if possible. Could have been better. Lots of issues with management and pay. Most people here are getting paid $18/hour for the last 6 years, with no raises. No room to grow at a place like this. Best course of action would be getting in through a temp agency, they pay between $19-$22. But after probation (which is 6 months) they will cut your pay to $19. Regardless of your shift. Regardless of your experience.
