I have been seeing Bessie for 12 sessions after I was involved in a car accident. The accident caused me lots of anxiety including sleeping problem, scared about driving, worrying about my job and family income because of personal time off, etc. Bessie was very friendly and analyzed all the issues one by one with patience and professional skills. She helped me relax during counselling as well as methods to practise at home. I appreciate for Bessie's help and highly recommend her services.

Bessie was very helpful while I was struggling with challenges at work. She introduced me to the S.L.E.P.T. model. Practicing the S.L.E.P.T. model provided me with the positive outlook I needed to resolve my problems and feelings of depression. She offered a perspective that helped me to genuinely accept my circumstances. I had never participated in counselling over the phone before and found it to be very organized and effective. I would highly recommend her services!
