Friendly employees, very little wait time for how busy it was. My only suggestion would be to have a bit better set up for babies passport photos, especially for newborn's such as having the set up lower to the ground in case of an accident and also possibly toys to get babies attention. Now after saying this though the employee was very good and friendly with our babies. Did a great job. I really appreciate the lady took many photos and gave us options and had us confirm the photo is appropriate. Excellent job editing and the photos turned out fabulous! 5 stars, would recommend!

Completely unprofessional behaviour and ill-informed staff. I went for passport size picture and I sent my picture by email to them and asked for 40% off for there ongoing promotion. At first the staff agreed for the 40% off but at the time for payment, she refused the off saying the emailed picture was not clicked by them.Misleading advertisement and promotion.

Fast and efficient baby passport photos (we have a two month old). Staff were all business and not very personable but got the job done! Appreciated that you could book a time slot easily online with text reminders. I also can’t help but think the set-up could be a little safer for smaller babies as my husband had to hold our baby up (and secure his little neck) on a fairly small chair while trying to avoid getting his hands in the photo. Giving 5 stars since the photo itself turned out great but room for improvement in the overall experience for sure.

Flexibility to book your own time online. Twice Text reminders which are the uniquely service they provide. The service was very quicker than other places. The photo quality’s are outstanding. The price are so reasonable and no one can beat them. The staff was so friendly. Surely I will recommend my friends and family.

They are quick, efficient, and at a great price. I watched them take pictures of one sleeping baby and get the baby pics complete in a matter seconds. Highly recommend thwie services. I was there to take passport pictures of my own

The service at this studio was exceptional! I booked my appointment online the night before. They sent a confirmation email and a text to remind me, the day of. The girls at the studio are friendly and efficient at their job. The studio was quite busy, yet everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. I left the studio with my printed pictures within 10 minutes of my appointment! The is customer service at its best! I highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience here getting my passport photos done. They are busy so I’d recommend booking an appointment like I did. With that they make sure if you have an appointment you are at their top priority, my boyfriend and I were in and out in 15 minutes. Picture quality was great and approved! The women that took our pictures also let us see it and retake til we were happy with the picture. $9 totally worth it!

The studio functioned quite promptly, but stars were removed for the lack of customer service and efficiency. My brother and I had an appointment to have our photos taken and we’re told to just sit and wait upon arrival, when a lady went to call people up to take their photos I told my brother to go first and when she was done with his, went back behind the desk not acknowledging that I too needed photos although we were the only two that had respondedwhen she had asked. Wanting to get both of ours at the same time so we could leave, I went up to the desk and informed the woman who had just taken my brothers photos that I also needed them too and she said yes and told me to sit down and wait again. I began becoming impatient as this woman started doing other tasks and helping other people, seeming to ignore what I had told her. I went up to the desk again speaking to a different lady who was already cutting my brothers photos and pointed out we had an appointment booked for two people and I also needed my photo taken in hopes that my brother and I would be receive them at the same time. She then confirmed it was for two people and apologized and took my photo and had them ready in less than five minutes. Had she not streamlined my photos I would have been there until my brothers had been done and whomever else they may have helped before me.

Excellent service. Had to wait a little bit. But overall was a great experience.

Super glad I came across Photo Studio Calgary for passport photos today. Family of 4 walked in, Komal was very attentive to detail to ensure a perfect portrait and had us out in 20 mins.
