Domenic is a listener. He is knowledgeable about any car on his lot and because he truly listened to my requirements was able to quickly show me 3 cars. However, it was the car not on the lot that we both thought might be the best fit. He was spot on !!! Maria is also extremely proficient in the administrative side of the business. She knew exactly where the information I needed could be found. Domenic took care of all the loose ends I ran into. My immaculate Mazda was ready for pickup a mere 3 days following my test drive. I am one happy customer and would definitely recommend this family business to my friends and family.

Bought a car from West Toronto a couple weeks ago and am really happy with the service. Dealer was honest and stood behind the car after the sale was completed. There was a small issue with a vent actuator and they fixed it no charge and no questions asked (did it in less than 48 hours, btw). I would recommend this dealer to family and friends.

How should I start! Well first of all Domenic is an honest guy. I bought BMW X3 and totally satisfied with overall experience. More details about my experience:I live an hour drive from Toronto, I called the store and ask for a test drive appointment. The accommodate my inquiry for the next day. It was snowing pretty hard that day, but the car was parked in the front with no snow on it so I could inspect the exterior for scratches and dents.And a nice gal (Jessica) asked me if I want her to come with me for a test drive. I could test drive by myself, but she knows the area. Believe it or not we went for more than 30min test drive both in the streets and highways. She is AWESOME, she is not pushy and she is not gonna come up with stupid justification for car issues. Thank you Jessica ;)The car was/is mechanically fine but I had some minor issues (ex: some scratches, error lights on dash, closing mirror button,… ). After the test drive I sat with Domenic and discussed my issues, he was upright about them and told me I would do my best to solve those problem but this is second hand car and 10 years old so you should expect some wear and tear.It took me few days to get an insurance, meanwhile they took care of the safety. I went to pick up the car, as promised he did his best to fix most of the issues.FYI, if you look for specific car you can give him a call and he will look for that in car auctions but I have no experience in this kid of business with them.

Here is my honest review about West Toronto Auto Leasing and Sales Ltd. after a year of ownership.Firstly, the dealership has several locations, I was helped at the St Clair location, (one of many it seems) which offered a good selection of used cars/commercial vehicles.Domenic helped me with the Chevy van I was looking for and we were quickly able to go over some of the history, I was also offered to test drive it.On the second appointment, I returned with a mechanic friend to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. There were no major red flags, besides a leaky master cylinder and a small roof penetration (not unusual for commercial vehicles). All repairs were agreed to be taken care of by dealership prior to purchase.On the day of purchase, Maria helped me setup an in-house financing since the bank denied me. The offered interest rate was higher than the banks but it is a 2004 vehicle, and in-house rates tend to be higher since the dealership is willing to accept taking the risk...nothing uncommon here. She was very nice, thorough in explaining the process and easy to reach out later on for questions.After purchase, the vehicle was handed over to me detailed, with all discussed repairs done. A year after I am still happy. I drove across Canada and back and only had to deal with regular oil changes so far. Not to mention the price I bought it for was fair.I'm happy with the service offered and would recommend Domenic and Maria for future help. Also happy to help family owned businesses! Thank you both.PS: Advice for 1st time buyers like me: Don't hesitate to ask for the detailed pricing prior to purchase. There are added costs I wasn't aware of (licensing/GPS tracker if leased...it helps tracking your final budget ;)

We purchased a vehicle from West Toronto Auto Leasing and Sales for my grandfather. Beginning to end, Dominic and his teams service was great! Car was delivered within a couple of days. We are very happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend this place.

When I first arrived at West Toronto auto I noticed that Dominic treated his staff with respect and kindness. He asked me to wait just a moment while he finished what he was doing. When he was ready he gave me his full attention and took his time showing me the two vans I was interested in. I was allowed to take two long test drives on my own. Both vans where immaculate and drove like new. I brought my family the next day and were treated with the same kindness and friendly approach by Dominic and all his staff. When I made my choice they had the van ready in a couple of days with new plates and completely detailed. When I went to the office to make the deal Dominic was careful to explain every detail and be sure that I understood all the aspects of the purchase. In the first week I put over a thousand km on the van. I then took it to a mechanic and he could find no fault with the van whatsoever even though it was a 2010 model. I had been to many other dealerships over the past 6 months and I believe I would be hard-pressed to find another dealership with better cars and better service. If you're looking for honesty integrity and quality cars go straight to West Toronto auto sales & leasing. I'm going there right now just to thank them again.

Bought a 2010 Focus SE, 74k KM, 5sp from here. Dominic and María are very friendly. Was able to test drive and look over the car, and they took care of everything. The car was very neat and tidy, better than advertised, and very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from this business. 5/5
