Stoneworks Granite & Quartz

As a project manager for a general contractor I've had the pleasure of working with Stoneworks on many occasions. Our customers and I have always been satisfied with the quality, professionalism and speed of completing our projects.

Excellent service, the most knowledgeable staff we found of any place we went. They went above and beyond to make sure my granite was extra supported and solid. The installation crew was amazing to watch, fantastic teamwork, great communication and overall a very pleasant experience. One installer even noticed a small scratch inside the sink I had purchased and by bringing it to my attention, enabled me to go exchange it before installation. They were even totally fine with my big, loud, but utterly cowardly dog nosing their legs as they worked. From the second we walked in to the office to the final sign off after installation, I was thoroughly impressed. Cam made our office experiences (and my sometimes 5 phone calls a day) easy and satisfying and Terrence very patiently answered all my question during templating. I'll never go anywhere else for granite in the future, 10/10.

Amazing experience with this company. We purchased quartz countertops, stone for our fireplace and sinks which were very reasonable priced and the quality of the products far surpassed our expectations. The work was done in a timely manner and all products were in pristine condition after installation. Chua, Timmy and Terrance really made our experience so special and we plan on using this company for future projects.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My quartz is chipping 3 month into moving into our new home. Won't do anything for us to fix it. Quartz should not be chipping at all!!! Been 1.5 years now and quartz looks awful and the installation was a shotty job. This was with our builder!Not recommended at allEdit**Chipping happened 2 months within moving into the property. We haven't banged or dropped anything on it. It's like it wasn't cut properly or the material is brittle becuase you can wipe of the stone and it chips!!!

Fantastic team all the way through, from selection through to installation. Maria’s exceptional level of service, attention to detail and communication was much appreciated. Installation was quick and painless (my last supplier did $1000+ in damage to cabinets on another project and didn’t say a word, I found it later on). I look forward to working with Stoneworks again and will not hesitate to refer.

This company was absolutely the best to deal with for our counters. They came to do very thorough measurements while following all the Covid procedures. The time-line for promised delivery was very speedy and faster than another company I had gotten a quote from. The team of guys that came to install were very friendly and personable. The one counter did not fit so another had to be made. I was told that I could buy the discarded one at a reduced rate if I could use it. I had to take a couple of the counters back for size adjustments which they did immediately as I waited at no charge. Hands down recommend this company as the product is local and speedy delivery. Super friendly staff to deal with.

Your installation crew has come and gone and the new countertops look stunning. Thanks so much for expediting the guest bathroom, which was templated only a few days ago. The installation of the guest bathroom so quickly has moved our schedule forward by a week for remaining plumbing and tiling work, which is appreciated very much by us and by our contractor.Again, thanks very much for supplying to us countertops that contribute so much to the look of our new bathrooms.

We had Stoneworks replace our kitchen counters and main floor bathroom counter with granite 8 years ago, and they did a terrific job. We finally got around to renovating our ensuite and guest bathrooms on our second floor last month and immediately went to Stoneworks again to replace these 2 counters. Cam was super efficient, knowledgeable and professional in getting the design, estimate and scheduling done. Cam actually had an earlier opening crop up and was able to get our counters installed 3 days early! The installation team (Terrance, Chris & Jason) were also efficient, knowledgeable and professional in getting the counters installed without any problems at all. We are totally satisfied with our experience with Stoneworks and fully recommend them! Thanks Cam & team!
