Easy and great service to use. We used this to do a background check on our nanny and got the results back super quick. It had all the info I needed. I'd recommend this to any parent needing to run a background check on a sitter/nanny.

Laura’s nanny concierge service came recommended to me by a colleague so after paying her hefty finders fee, we expected to be presented with well vetted, quality candidates for our 6-month old. Instead, what we received were 3 mediocre applicants with very little to none experience with infants, one who lived 1.5 hours away. A quick Google search led me to their questionable social media accounts, something a service as pricey as hers should have already discovered. When I shared with her that their postings did not reflect what they said in their application, she never responded. After weeks of waiting, I had to return to work without childcare in place and we were left to find someone on our own. When we called her to express our concerns with her service, she had no idea who we were or what we were referring to regarding previous email exchanges. I was hopeful that paying for her concierge service would spare me the immense amount of time it takes to find a nanny but I found more qualified applicants on Care.com for a1/100th of the price.

So my nanny misunderstood how to complete the information but once we cleared that up the results were so fast! Everyone I emailed with at the company responded super quickly and was over and above helpful in ensuring I received the results. Thanks so much! So glad I found this service!!!
