Illusion Nail and Spa

Would love to put a sincere shout out to illusion Nail and Spa on Stonehaven Drive In Bridlewood. I haven't been there since the first year they opened, 4 years ago due to a disability/injury.... and covid didn't really help. I had left a Google review for this beautiful Nail Spa right away four years ago when they opened. I am so impressed with the three ladies that work there, but Tina is remarkable. She did a fantastic job and it was lovely to chat with her. $35 for a pedicure or $50 for the shellac pedicure. I will definitely make sure I go back to see Tina again. I've never been here. I booked an appointment for myself and a friend and then had to reschedule the appointment. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone was unnecessarily rude.. there's really no need for it. I ended up having to cancel the appointment due to limited availability and schedule conflicts but I would rather book elsewhere.

Super impressed with the way Tina did my nails. She knows her craft well. Absolutely worth the time and money. My nails look pretty neat. I am a forever customer now.

Don’t drive by but stop by.Beautiful Salon! Lovely technician! Customer services are exceptional! I got my nail dip 4 weeks ago and it still going strong! Love the atmosphere. Technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Pedicure chair is comfortable, and the massages feature is top notch! Price is reasonable, if you want your nail to be done correctly and beautifully you will have to visit this salon! I can’t recommend it enough!

First time getting my nails dipped and Helen did such an amazing job. She has a great eye for detail and is skilled at her work. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would 10/10 recommend Illusion Nails & Spa for quality nail art, fair prices and an overall enjoyable experience!Thank you again Helen!

I highly recommend this salon for the continuous wonderful service I’ve had. I cannot praise Tina enough.. she is a perfectionist (which is hard to find) and I’ve never felt rushed out of there. After she finished A FULL SET of dip on my nails, she could tell the colour was just a little off from what I originally asked for and she asked me if I was unsure of the colour. I was sheepishly honest with her about my uncertainty and she REDID my nails without any hesitation, even though the shop was closing up! I thanked her profusely but she reassured me that she’d rather I be 100% happy with my nails when I left the shop instead of going home and not loving them. She takes the extra time to combine two dip colours for the perfect colour on my nails and I’ve received so many compliments every time she does them. She is also very kind and will do anything to see her clients happy. The salon itself is very clean, friendly and comfortable. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a walk-in and the team has always been flexible with scheduling. After trying various different nail salons across Ottawa with various price points, I’ve finally found my top spot here!
