As an employee, I feel validated and listened too by Management, I feel part of the Telelink Family. That isn't something cheesy, they actively seek ways to make our lives better so that we can preform our jobs efficiently.

Telelink is an amazing place to work, i almost was going to turn my back at ever working at a call center again after my last job. But i decided that i would give another one a last try, and i will never regret that decision. Telelink has shown me the proper way a workplace should be and the CEO's and Team leaders and all the people in it are so nice and they do so much for there employees and also our community. If you ever want to feel like you belong somewhere while also loving what you do as your job i would 100% apply for a role at telelink. Because even on your hardest days all you have to do is reach out to someone and your spirits will be lifted right back up!

There is an atmosphere at Telelink that you can't find, or even create elsewhere. Everyone communicates and no task is outside of your role. A group of professionals who know how to take care of each other and have fun!!
