I just left one roger store to come here Great experience Tomas was very knowledgeable about all the products I was looking for walked out wit AirPods!

My wife and I dropped by this store to switch mobile plan. Norman is the most helpful and professional staff I have encountered in life concerning customer service. His patience and detailed explanation are so exceptional and great in today standard. We are greatly appreciate about his service. Thank you very much.

Arrive at store at 5:31 pm. They are listed as closing at 6pm. Randomly closed at 5:30pm. Lights were already off. What kind of service is that?

Norman is a professional staff to provide very good services for my family. When we asked several questions about the service plans, he answered them politely and patiently, and he helped us to solve our problems efficiently and effectively. I show great appreciation for his customer service. Well done. Thanks a lot.

Ported 2 lines on Black Friday - Great Customer Service.Came in just before closing as I wanted to catch Fido's Black Friday deal, the staff helped me and worked beyond closing time. Very courteous and took the time to explain the terms of the promo despite it being late.I had a few more lines to port, but couldn't use them again because they do not open on Saturday, but would highly recommend this location if you can come in on weekdays.

March 8, 1:45 PM, the store door is locked with the lights on. Waited around 5 minutes because maybe the staff is on a bathroom break, but nothing. Aa soon as I left, I witnessed the worker exit the store and leave a note on the door. I turned around and went back up to witness a note left now that states they will return at 2:30. The worker saw i was at the door both times and not once approached to notify me, instead waited for me to leave. Unacceptable, and I hope the regional or store manager notices this review and seriously straightens out their staff.

Wait time was short. Tomas was very friendly and helpful in assisting me choosing the right cellular plan and phone upgrade. This is my favourite Rogers location.

Do anything you can to avoid this location extremely rude, under trained unprofessional staff. Norman is thick-headed and needs to redo his training. Rogers customer service was on the phone while I was at this location and even agreed Norman was extremely rude and is very untrained.

This Asian guy worked on10 Nov 2022, now at 1155 in the am was so rude and absolutely not helpful. Totally unacceptable. Will not deal with Rogers anymore. Address is 10 Pearce st west Richmond hill. Need to give him a lesson of what customer service is all about.

This is truly the best experience I have had in my 10+ years of being with Rogers. I was upgrading my phone and required assistance with transfers, trade up, and accessories as well. Norman helped me out and he was so approachable, helpful, and never hesitated to answer my questions/concerns. He was polite and was very knowledgeable of all the plans, terms that I was confused about, and what products best suited my needs…without talking down to me. I also met Tomas, who was also so kind and both said thank you to me, for my service and loyalty with them! Honestly, so genuine, kind, and helpful customer service right there! I cannot say enough about their wonderful customer service!Definitely recommend Norman and Tomas. Finally, a great experience with Rogers.
