I decided to give this shot a try. There are a few sushi places in the area and this one seemed to have good ratings. Unfortunately, I didn't eat sushi here as the rice dishes/entrees looked pretty good!I had the Lunch Box with Karaage. This tasted more like a popcorn chicken than the karaage that I'm used to eating, but it wasn't bad. My friend had the yakisoba and it definitely was more western-oriented in terms of taste.It was pretty busy while we were here for lunch, so it definitely has a fanbase! Will definitely try the sushi next time and change my eating accordingly!Food: 3/5Staff: 4/5Atmosphere: 3/5Value: 3/5Overall: 3.25/5

Have been here a few times, absolutely loved it each time. If you are a fan of salmon and mango I highly recommend the Salmon Mango roll, so delicious ❤️

The sashimi were generous portion and fresh. The sushi we had were delicious. The salmon oshi was my favourite, it was torched and flavourful. It wasn’t very busy in the restaurant when we came for lunch and super cute setting

Been eating at Tobiko for the past 10 years and went recently with my wife as we enjoyed their food greatly. However today was a miss. We ordered their Super Dragon roll and hot pot. The hot pot was delicious but the Super Dragon roll was not as expected. When it came, we noticed that there was no avocado in the roll but a cheese slice(?). I asked the waitress if this was normal as their menu didn't mention cheese so she asked the sushi chef and he said it was right. So i think they ran out of avocado and used the cheese slice as the creamy part in the roll. When we finished the roll and my wife noticed the sign above and saw that the cheese should have been the topping and seared with the salmon on top. I guess the chef was new and didn't know how to put the roll together.Still one of our favourite sushi places to eat and hopefully next time we ordered this roll (or any other rolls) that it comes out correctly.

I had such a great time here. The sauces are made from scratch (ie: spicy tuna roll. Also the server is extremely kind and friendly. Lots of parking, easy central location. My only qualm is that they didn’t have wild sockeye salmon, but that’s okay I had lots of other stuff to choose from. Delicious! Also very clean.

The Waitress had got my order wrong. However, the food was great for the price point and very affordable compared to other Sushi joints. It is our go to Place to enjoy some Yam Tempura.

This is hands down my favourite affordable sushi place in metro vancouver, I’ve been coming here very regularly for 6 years and it has never failed me once! The udon and chicken kaarage are must tries.
