Myself and 3 of my close friends started coming here for some help and we all saw Dr. Caitlin Earle and none of us were happy with her work she is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to want to help anyone she just goes to work for the pay check and not to help people she kept trying to change are positive ideas and say they are not good she never lets people talk always cuts them off We we’re all happy we didn’t have to pay because was a waste of time and she shouldn’t be in that type of workStay way from her go somewhere else 0 stars

My doctor has been amazing; listening and understanding my situation, and asking questions. She put together so many pieces of my life that I hadn't even considered being important. Has been a life saver in many ways.

Dr. Patel was quite rude to the point my son does not want to go to the Doctor anymore. She would not receive any calls or communicate with me about my concerns, and treats us like unwanted life. She told my son not to bring me to her office and was very intrusive about asking personal questions about my finances on the phone, having my son who lives with schizophrenia call me from her office once out of the blue, she got on the phone and was very rude and harsh.

Today i got a call from the mental health clinic. And when no one picked up I called back and the very rude receptionist anserwed my call with extreme attitude and would not help me find who called me from what department. She was very snotty and very rude bedside manner. She refused to help figure if my therapist called or doctor. For a mental health clinic, you think you would expect better mannerism. Well I AM patient here. And already reported her poor mannerisms to AHSUpdate: I’ve been out of meds for weeks which unfortunately without it makes me have intrusive thoughts and am out of refills and been out for weeks my pharmacist has been trying to contact my psychiatrist for days to refill my prescription. And nothing. I’m days a week from a breakdown. And the therapist I got was no help.Both of them. Sommerfield just left without telling me. And as someone who is studying psychology. You never get the reception to call their client and tell them they don’t know if they will be back. The therapist should call the patient personally to let them know. They will be taking a leave of abscess and not sure if they will be back. I was BLINDSIDED. And the new girl I had. I told her 5 times online modules do not work for me and she kept insisting and bringing it up. It feels like she is pushing me away from the therapy session and check ins that I needed the most

I have found the 108st clinic to be at best incompetent and lacking compassion. If you really want to heal don't go there. Dr Igwe completely traumatized me and failed to follow through on her plans for my care. The 102 st clinic is much better at effectively and efficiently meeting my needs with mutual respect.

Was told by AB Reproductive mental health to call these guys for help getting a psychiatrist. The receptionist was super unhelpful and told me to contact Access 24/7 (they reffered me to reproductive mental health to begin with!)

Dr. Pierre S. Chue shut my file for no reason and without warning and my medications are about to run out since they won't refill my prescriptions anymore. Now I have to take time away from my already busy schedule to find a new psychiatrist to prevent my meds from running out.

The staff is friendly caring and understanding. They help support my recovery and provided help when I needed it. They looked in on me to make sure I was doing well. They helped me get the most effective medicine that works at a low dosage. They were there when I needed someone.
