The staff is very friendly and helpful and the receptionist is so nice.

The staff is really very helpful and friendly. I went there with my mom for her medical surveillance. The staff explains everything politely.

What a Worst Clinic Waited about 2-3 hours to Get our turn. Had No choice appointment was at 9:30 and They called us In about 11:45-50. And Receptionist was Keep saying oh doc is Busy and Stuff. What a lame Clinic.

extremely poor service. Each and every time you call them over the phone, they pick up and say ' please hold' and you are put on hold indefinitely. When I finally got through to the receptionist, she put me back on hold in the middle of our conversation without first telling me she was going to put me on hold. When I went there in person, I saw the staff were not busy answering phone calls, people were just walking around, chatting, or on a computer. I'd been trying to call them up until the time I entered the clinic. One of the receptionists turned and talked to another lady, referring to a patient.The lady responded ' oh .....they're on hold....' and walked off.

Waiting if you have time

Wait times has improved I believe. The two times I have been here, it was within 10 minutes from my appointment time to seeing a practitioner. The doctor I saw was great too! Super friendly. Admin people at the desk could be a little more friendly though. But I understand too that dealing with patients can be stress inducing.
