My SUV got rear ended and i've booked it with Carstar Highriver for repair. Roderick and Yeng helped me to arrange everything and made the repair procedure went smoothly. They were very easy to reach whenever i needed to contact them for an update. Although there was a bit delay because of the unavailability of OEM parts, i was so happy with the result of the repair. My SUV was brought back to it's original shape as if nothing had happen to it. Quality of repair is excellent , kudos to the body technician and all the carstar team who worked on it. Keep up the best work.

So impressed with Yeng and the team’s attention to detail and follow up to ensure my satisfaction! They got the work performed on time and ensured that I was happy with the work they performed. After picking it up my sunroof wouldn’t open. Although they didn’t work on the area that was determined to be the root cause (a loose connection in an interior control panel nowhere near the work they were performing, that was almost certainly coincidental), they were happy to coordinate the repair with the service shop to ensure my I left a happy customer. I really feel like they went above and beyond!

Our van was damaged in a hit and run and we had the opportunity to work with Carla at Carstar. It was such an easy and enjoyable (minus our van getting hit) experience. They arranged a rental vehicle that suited our needs while the van was getting repaired. We did have to wait a while for parts to come in, but the communication was excellent and we were prepared for the wait.The rates were reasonable (although it was all covered by insurance) and when I picked up the van we decided to book it right back in to replace the windshield.*almost makes you want to get into an accident, they’re that friendly.

Never once did I feel pressured, I felt like h was speaking to his own friend. What a amazing business! I got to see what all they offered and will definitely be back!

Car had almost 18000 worth of hail damage repaired. I have never been so happy to get my vehicle back. I have dealt with many auto body places in southern alberta. By far this is the best place I have went to. They seriously did go above and beyond what they were originally suppose to do and saved me a lot in the end which would have been. Out of my pocket most other places.The final product I couldn’t believe when I saw it. It was jaw dropping. Car back to brand new.Couldn’t be happier. PersonnelWho worked there were The best they really were.
