Canada Post

This place does it all. They do passport photos and have a great selection of greeting cards, but what I appreciate most is how helpful they are in their postal department. I make returns regularly through Amazon and though I have a two post offices nearby, I will always go to them. They always assist me with envelopes and address packets. I won’t go anywhere else.

I went there on 2 different occasions to send 2 different packages. It is safe to say that I won't be returning to this Canada Post again. Both times, there was a different clerk behind the desk, but both of them were very reluctant to scan in the item and instead sat on a stool on their phone the whole time. On my second visit, I specifically asked for a receipt, and even then, they still tried to brush it off like it wasn't necessary (they did begrudgingly scan it in and give me a receipt when I stated that I wanted the receipt). It's quick to do as well, I'm not sure why they don't want to give me a receipt, and as an eBay seller, I need it for my record in case a customer files an INR.

Not friendly. Always sour faced especially when asking for a receipt. Bad service.

Mom and pop business that gets the job done. The mom doesn't work there that often but she is consistently friendly. The pop is a bit abrupt and not super friendly unless as a customer you go out of the way to engage him.Grandpa is sometimes hanging out as security guard and doesn't greet anyone or even smile.Otherwise they do what you need them to do.

Canada post didn't try to deliver my package, just put it to this location, then I have to pick up. I open the house's gate, park my car at the front yard, and still no delivery. Canada Post should change their name to Canada Pick up""

I came here with a couple of packages, the person who works here is so lazy. He scanned my packages but with one of them he tried to scan it but it didn't go through. He was too lazy to type in the numbers instead so he just said it won't work

Be careful at this postal outlet when dropping off any return packages (i.e. Amazon, etc). The clerk behind the counter is very resistant to scanning in the package (to register receiving it) when you tell them you are doing a return. The clerk said, “it’s the same tracking number, that’s all you need.”) If they don’t scan it in… how do you know they will ‘actually’ send it on with the courier with no record of receiving it? I insisted on getting a receipt, & the clerk finally scanned it into the system. Why should this be so difficult?

Don’t give me a card saying to come between 9:30 and 6pm and then I show up at 5:40 and be closed. Some of us have jobs where we won’t be hike until 5:30.Thanks A lot.

why bother open a post office and open at 10 am close at 5pm. We all have a full-time job. How can we make it in weekdays?
