dont wanna give even one starso this is a worst broker i have seen in my careerThey literally dont have any managementtheir CSR has some lines which they just gonna copy paste on you again and agianwhat the matter of doing business and working or receiving calls if they cant tell anything and they all be saying they cant contact the person whoes reviewing docsjust call back us agiani had a shipment recently which got cleared after 18 hours and main thing shipment doesn't have any issue all paperwork was good, sheet was attached properly sent to right emailSO ONE FREE SUGGESTION IF YOU HAVE THAT POOR MANAGEMENT THEN DONT DO BUSINESS JUST TO MAKE MONEY AND GIVING TROUBLES TO DRIVERS AND CARRIER YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE ANY IDEA *BUT ITS HARD FOR DRIVERS TO SPEND A HOUR IN TRUCKTHIS THING ONLY DRIVERS CAN UNDERSTAND WHEN THEY HAVE TO WAIT AT BORDER BECAUSE YOUR STUPID CSR IS NOT CLEARING THE SHIPMENT WHILE SITTING ON A CHAIR*SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING YOUR NAME LIVINGSTON is just going nowhereWILL SUGGEST CARRIER OR COMPANIES TO NOT HIRE LIVINGSTON AS CUSTOM BROKER

Waiting 72 hrs for a load of lumber to be cleared and I still only get there phone answering service. There scripted excuse is I have put this on a rush and will monitor the response from the team. Call after call all I get is the team still hasn't answered the request. What a joke ! Absolutely the worst broker around

These guys are not professional at all. Do not work with Livingston if you want to waste your whole time getting the customs cleared on the border. Every time we call them they have different answers. Even, their supervisor hang up on me today when I was inquiring on a shipment. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional.

Do not care about driver wait times on border. This is not the first time, expect to wait for 5-6 hours on the border even when you have sent the documents 8 hours prior. Stupid organization.

Very unprofessional. Hired them back at 2018, and recently we got a call from a debt collector saying we never paid Livingston. Yet we never got any call or e-mail from them at all! Never hire them!!!

We had a $600 value package arrive and Livingston International charged us $150. They may be OK for large business but for a small business - avoid Livingston International.We recently brought in a ~$3300 shipment with another broker and our cost is $181.00Thank you for your response - but you cannot win back our business! You had your chance for a long term customer and you squandered it. I need to reiterate - if you own a small business avoid Livingston International.
