Had to take an outboard motor here for servicing while on vacation. They are the closest Mercury certified servicer in the area. Staff was friendly and had it fixed the next day. Called me for pickup quickly following repair and the price was reasonable. I would do business with them again!

Very friendly, local staff members no doubt about it but when I went in there looking for my first atv I was very specific on what I wanted and got straight to the point. I said I’m not looking for some little work bike to haul a dainty garden trailer with, I want something with power and speed and can take a beating. The guy there recommended that I take the 2018 alterra 500 said that it would fit my needs just perfectly and that I wouldn’t see any problems. Getting the bike was easy, they even delivered it to my house for free within a matter of days. I broke the bike in properly and for the first couple days I was on the road, trail riding, mud bogging, you name it with no major discrepancies. The dealership had recommended that I take it in to get the oil changed after the first 200km and I was well over that so I took it to the shop and they had it done within a days time. I was off with the bike again but after about a day or 2 of more trail riding I started to lose my top end and didn’t feel as if I was getting as much power also there was also a rattling noise coming from the clutch. I took it back in and they had once again fixed it in about 3-4 days. I started to ride again and to take it easy on my bike took a break from the trail riding to avoid too much abuse. It was at this point that the bike became an absolute hell spawn of a machine. The second day after I had gotten my clutch fixed I had been making my way home from a buddy’s house and the belt snapped without warning. There was no indication. I hadn’t been riding it rough as I was only going about 50km on a dirt road well under the top speed. There was no smell or sound or power loss for that matter and the engine was running as usual. No overheating or anything. I was stranded on the side of a road and had to get my buddy to tow me home. I took the bike in once again and this is when they started to point fingers and shove blame in my face saying that it was the way I drove the bike saying things like “it’s not meant to go mudding” “it’s not meant to go such and such speed for a constant amount of time” “it’s not meant to be going down trails”. Not only did this defeat the purpose of All-Terain-Vehicle but I had clearly explained how I was in no way testing the limits of the machine as I was on a public dirt road going well under the speed limit and hadn’t taken it through any bogs or trails. I had began to rethink my purchase. They had replaced the belt, something I could’ve done myself in under 20 minutes (had I not wanted to void the warranty), in a solid week. I had gotten my bike back but was told that belts breaks were user error and that the next replacement wouldn’t be free, as if driving the bike as intended is user error. Not even a day later I had taken my bike out for another ride being even more cautious then before and in no time the replacement belt had completely shredded and was reduced to a scrap of rope and rubber tangled inside the clutch. I was furious especially as seeing that they’d charge me $250 to buy a $100 replacement belt and at least $100-$200 dollars for labour costs. After attempting to clean my bike of the belt I had put a new belt on and slowly drove my way home the bike later started making noises on the way home because the clutch cover bearings were destroyed. It was so bad I had to stop and get my moms Honda Civic to tow me home. I later took my bike in and they told me that I didn’t know what I was doing and that it’s all my fault the bike is as bad as it is. A couple days later and I’m still taking apart my bike to get pieces of rope and melted rubber out of my primary clutch. The bike has been in the shop more then I’ve driven it and has less then 1000 km on it, at this point I’m not gonna waste my time and invest more money into it. If your reading this and got to the end, please, just drive couple more miles to Kingston and get a Honda that is a couple hundred dollars more but twice the bike and three time more reliable.

Bought my ATV there in 2015. There after service wasn't to good after the warranty ran out. Had to get Blue Collar small engines to fix the carburetor problem properly!

Great power sports store! Very friendly and helpful. Never any pressure to buy anything. I did get a used boat from them at a great price.... fully serviced, all paper work done just had to stop by and hook up the trailer! Thanks!

Was at the cottage for the long weekend and the main battery in my boat died. I wasn't sure there'd be anything open on saturday at 11am on the long weekend, but they were. A simple call to confirm that they had one ready and charged and I was set. The shop itself is really nice and the service staff were very very friendly. Thanks for saving my weekend!

Dustin and his team have been amazing to deal with. When purchasing a new atv, we had a outstanding buying experience. Later they followed up with great service to assist with a warranty issue.They have shown that they're willing to go over and above to support their clients.
