The parts manager found me everything I needed and was more than helpful. When paying at the customer service, I accidentally gave Lisa one extra $50 bill and she promptly handed it back, explaining I had given her too much. It was a great experience all around. I hope there bosses read this.

Zack was an exceptional with his patience and knowledge and great customer relations. I hope he becomes a man in another location soon because this location has a great one already. He is trained well no doubt

Loved this clean and friendly location we visited the other day!The cars were SO tidy and nicely lined up, very beautiful display. The watches beside them were in a nice FULL display - and for only $9.99!!!! Such a great idea for any kind of gift - beautiful spring colours that POP.I always love these eco-friendly MASSIVE colouring books!!!! Will be grabbing a couple for Easter they're SO worth it!!!!

Love Canadian Tire for our home and garden needs! They get bonus points for the online system that tells what what isle the product you're looking for is in, which includes an in store feature with a light on the shelf where prodcut is located! Brillant!

If you want really, really, really bad customer service coupled with staff indifferent with their jobs and customers then this is the place for you!Wanted to purchase a phone holder for my vehicle and selected one that was on sale (1/2 price according to the tag) Got up front and yep, according to their machines it wasn't on sale. Reached out to the person staffing this department and earned a shrug. That was the total sum. Didn't buy it and went across the street to Walmart and got an even better product for $10 less.

We spoke to Austin who works in seasonal sales about purchasing a barbeque. He was extremely honest, personable, and knowledgeable. He helped us make a decision that we are very happy with. The store has a wide selection of bbqs to view. Thank you Austin!

I needed to exchange a chair that was damaged and still under warranty, I didn’t have a receipt but I had proof of purchase through my banking records, and the manager was an absolute creep to work with. He was all smug and told me that because I didn’t have a receipt nobody would help me. Even though I didn’t want a refund just an exchange, he was rude and abrasive and the girl behind the customer service counter wasn’t any better she just followed whatever he said, I will never shop at Canadian tire again because of the way their Customer Service Department particularly their store manager treated me, and I have cancelled my Canadian Tire Mastercard.

I took my car for tire change and alignment on a weekend. They told me it would be done at 6 and it wasn’t so they asked me to pick up next day. When I picked up my car the next day, the inside was all dirty with grease marks, my air vent was broken where my phone holder is attached and my gas tank went from full to near empty! I asked for a discount on finishing late and the damage to my vent but Craig the manager told me he wasn’t going to do anything about it and refused to share the store owners info for a complaint. Don’t take your car here for service especially overnight because they will probably use your car! Extremely shady garage people.

Canadian staple! This store has a huge selection of cool camping and outdoor gear for the summer months. This location has some pretty helpful staff compared to other ones I have gone to. I found when I returned an item, it was relatively quick and easy. Ample parking everywhere.

I'm usually a fan of the store so I don't want to rate it low as it's usually a good experience. I also usually don't write reviews but at my last visit, the lack of customer service baffled me. I found an employee who said he was helping another customer but would be able to help me soon. The first customer left and I eventually found the employee at the paint center helping the another customer. He essentially ignored me while the customers went looking for paint numbers until I spoke to him first. When I asked him my question, he told me that specific brands produced the light bulb I was looking for but he couldn't remember which brands off the top of his head (which was reasonable). He told me to look at a chart posted in the aisle but what really blew my mind was when I explained I did and asked him to call another colleague to help me, he said his manager was on his lunch. This implied that there was no one else on the floor (not counting the colleague he had an exchange with at the paint center) which then tells me that this location is understaffed. Ironically, it was the customers who he was mixing paint for that eventually helped me, which took 2 minutes and though we didn't find the bulb I was specifically looking for, suggested one that might this work. So if you're not sure what you're looking for and might need help, don't go here. You will be ignored and the answers to your questions will be to look at the chart." On top of that
