I pre-ordered on the app and picked up my two Chicken with Lime Crema bowls (we LOVE them, but I always forget the proper name!), and they were ready by the time I got to the drive thru window, handed to me by a very pleasant young man, and they were DELISH! Sometimes the app works really well!! ;-)

Such a disgusting customer service i have ever seen . They are giving your order wrong and then when i went there the manager said . I cant do anything in that . Why the hell are you become manager if you cant do anything.

This Tims is always super busy. Noticeably more busy than some other ones. The last few times have been here I've been in the line for anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this Tim's if you're in a rush. The staff are friendly and work very hard to keep the drive-thru moving smoothly which is great to see. Given how busy it is it could be a lot worse.

Walked in got served almost right away. Didn't think I had to check items. MISTAKE. Ordered 2 bagels 12 grain. Strawberry cream cheese. Hardly any spread on it. And 4 cheese w/ herb and garlic. Got home it was 4 cheese w/Strawberry. Went back got the exchange. But shouldn't have to. Thoroughly disappointed with this location

New store with nice layout but It's a little cramped inside and parking can be tricky.Those are just picker points

The new topsail rd location is possibly the worst design for a parking lot. I do not understand how the city of St. John's ever approved this. The entrance and exit is not big enough for the entering and exiting traffic. On top of this you exit right into another parking lot and right at the entrance of that parking lot. In the picture you can see how this get congested in rush hour. This could have been solve if the had separate entryways

Excellent drive-thru service at this location.Fresh and delicious food and beverage. Items always available when I order.Hot beverage served at perfect temperature.Drive-thru is challenging to get out of sometimes due to high traffic area but friendly drivers usually give right away and are cautious.Price is fair/average for taste and quality in my opinion.
