When I went in (around 1pm), it was not busy. The worker that helped me was knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. She also asked what project I was doing, and gave her inputs on which paint I should use, so I was very happy about that. The store has a large collection of items, everything from wood stains to all sorts of paints and even sealers for concrete. Great little store!

I visited this store just recently to rent a paint spraying equipment the rental person that assisted me took over 25 mins to figure things out in the system, some issue with the previous person that rented it. Nonetheless I had to submit an account application and leave a $565 deposit. I specifically asked the gentleman if my kremlin gun was compatible and he didn’t say anything. Now that I arrived home I’m unable to use it because it doesn’t come with a tip and when I called him he said I was supposed to buy one. This is information he should have informed me prior to leaving the store. The incompetence of the staff at this store is deplorable, they require more training on how to provide customer service.

I go there for the service department, they look after our pumps and the service is top notch. Dave is a great guy who really knows his stuff and gets our gear back to us in good time. One of the finest.
