I was told to commit siucide by the social worker patti hardwick. Medmal beyond belief, I developed epilepsy under their care.

If I could give 0 stars i would. The lady at reception for mammograms was so rude and had terrible customer service. I would go anywhere but here.

Referred to the mood disorder clinic and see Dr. Gome who hasn't refilled my medication in over two weeks because he is on vacation so I have been left no other option but to not take my medication for at least two weeks. I called his assistant who assured me that Dr. Gome had a doctor covering for him - weird they haven't responded to my pharmacists multiple attempts to refill the medication. But who even has time to care these days (myself included)?

Wait times can last anywhere from 9 months to 3 years (or longer) to access mental health support, diagnosis and psychotherapy. People have lost their lives waiting for intakes and treatment. I'm sure that the specialists are great and the hospital is top tier but sadly a very small portion of this city's vulnerable patients get to benefit

the lady that called me to set up orientation was very rude. i sent multiple voicemails to tell them to call me after 1pm and they called me at 11am rushing me off the phone. she made me feel very uncomfortable entrusting myself with this clinic.

Due to seriously long wait times I am giving this hospital 2 stars. I had great care at the mood disorders clinic but not great care at the anxiety clinic. Some doctors and nurses are great and others are very unempathetic. For a mental health hospital they should all be more empathetic and learn better people skills. There should be more individualized care and not just throw everyone into a cbt course. It should be easier to access services and have less wait times.

I went to ultrasound on 26th April close to the Tim Hortons.Receptionist too bush with phone, then ultrasound room, not change the bed sheet,the lady doing ultrasound asked me to getting to the bed, without changing the bed sheet. How disgusting that. Hope someone will take care of this matter
