Was expecting them to arrive at a certain time but they didn't, and they made no attempt to contact us by phone or text to say they'd be late. All we got was a note saying they had come around and had sprayed. There wasn't much evidence of that. When we hired them we thought it was agreed that, since this was their first visit to our property, they would come when we were here and could show them what we felt should be done. When that didn't happen we phoned to ask them to come back. They refused and indeed became quite argumentative - they certainly don't subscribe to the customer is always right" notion. I would never hire them or recommend their service to anyone. I don't care about their purported qualifications or work experience - they treated a new and potentially a repeat customer rudely (they offered a full refund but then only 50%)."
