Seema Virji was an amazing help for our son after his lip and tongue release surgery. Very professional and friendly.

My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Crichton since she young and my daughter has been always have pleasant visit. She have straight teeth and very beautiful smile.Great doctor and assistant Cathy is her favourite assistant her hand are very light.

My six year old son has struggled with breathing/asthma, sleep apnea, allergies for years. I am very thankful that our myofunctional therapist Seema Virji referred us to Dr. Crichton for a growth guide appliance. We saw improvements within only a few weeks and I am confident that this early intervention will improve his quality of life; orthodontics are much more than cosmetic! All of the staff at Smile Worx are so friendly and patient with my little guy. I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter for treatment as well

My friend got her braces done here, and a simple 1-2 year experience lasted 4 years. They were due to be taken off before the pandemic started, but they kept pushing it back. Her brackets constantly fell off, and when she went in to get them put back on they almost sent her back home without re-attaching it. She had to inform them they didn’t re-attach it. It was the reason for the emergency appointment. They could not fit her in right away, and this delayed progress. They were careless, and did not map out a timeline despite her teeth moving at a correct pace. They cast her aside, and they disrespected her time. She was stuck with her braces until they removed them. They paid a lot of money to get this treatment.In comparison. I got my braces done at my orthodontist, and had to get surgery to get an impacted eye tooth uncovered. They gave me a clear timeline, informed me about my progress/told me roughly how fast my teeth should Move to the expected position, and when I would get my finishing wire. I had zero brackets fall off, and I could eat anything I wanted to except straight up caramel and popcorn kernels. They even finished ahead of scheduled. I ended up getting my braces of in 1.25 years instead of 1.5 years.

I couldn't be happier with the service at Smile Zone I was welcomed by the Receptionist Hala she is so nice and then I was quickly seated with no wait which was perfect.Dr. Marchand did my bridge for me back in May I had a temp on till today I had no issues with my bridge that’s how good Dr. Marchand is he explained every step along the way and was gentle with the procedure. His assistant Rima was great she was so gentle. I would recommend Dr. Marchand and the clinic. Five stars!
