I cannot be more pleased with the results of Basco repairing/replacing the outer glass in my 30+ year old windows. They had to remove the frame, replace the glass and put it all back together again. It's like having brand new windows without the high cost of replacing them completely! The workers were very polite, extremely professional, wearing masks and keeping their distance etc., and completing everything in a timely manner. And knowing that if there were any issues they'd come back without any future costs. I love their 15 year warranty! I highly recommended them!

Nous avons commandé une fenêtre pour en faire le remplacement nous-même. Le service reçu a été parfait, professionnel et rapide. Nous avons eu la soumission la journée même. Nous avons reçu la fenêtre plus rapidement que ce qui nous avait été dit. La personne qui nous a livré la fenêtre m'a appelé pour s'assurer de l'endroit où déposer la fenêtre, il l'a sécurisé. Il était très sympathique! Très satisfait de cette compagnie!
