We struck gold when we found Gisele and her team at Hare and Hound. Our two dogs have been running with her pack three times a week for over four years. Always excellent care, regular updates on how the hounds are doing, prompt attention to any issues that arise, and a warm professionalism that really makes them a natural part of our lives. We're all the more confident as Gisele was with Homeward Bound City Pound. She's more than able to handle the pack, and knows each dog personally. The Instagram vids really make us smile. They obviously love what they do! And our dogs are so healthy for it. The small one is almost 13, but runs and plays like a puppy. Thank you, Gisele, for everything!

Gisele and her team are amazing. Hare & Hound is like no other dog walking service out there and we are so fortunate to have them in our lives. Our dog Myla loves her weekly, off leash hikes through the woods with her other dog friends. Gisele goes above and beyond to make sure you and your doggos are getting exactly what you need. Gisele and the entire Hare & Hound team are incredible. We have been with them for 4 years and have nothing but absolutely positive things to say. Our very active dog is picked up at our house, has an amazing off-leash adventure including swimming, playing and exploring and is safely dropped back off at our house. The team knows us and our dog very well (from 10 weeks old) and tailors training and tips to his needs. Communication is always excellent! If you are looking for an outlet for your dog that offers stimulation, socialization and exercise, you will not regret reaching out to them!

Lucy has been walking with Gisele and the Hare & Hound team for over 4 years now. She absolutely loves her hiking treks. Gisele posts daily video's and pics of the dogs' adventures through the woods and in the lake. I have had other dog walkers. I feel that Lucy and the rest of the of the pups are in really good hands with Hare & Hound Hiking. They provide a reliable service and the dogs are actually getting a really nice nature hike (and swim for Lucy who loves the water).

Our golden retriever, Sophie, has been going for regular adventure hikes with Gisele and her team for the past 1.5 years. Our intention in signing up was to ensure that Sophie had regular exercise despite our busy schedules. She’s often gone for hours at a time and she always comes back excited, happy, and exhausted. Gisele and her team reliably pick Sophie up as scheduled regardless of the weather. Unexpectedly, we’ve been thoroughly impressed with Gisele and her team taking the time to train Sophie while on their hikes. We’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in her recall, ability to heel on a leash, to appropriately greet people, etc. With their help in training, Sophie is developing into a beautiful, well behaved, maturing golden. We’ve also been impressed by their attention to Sophie’s overall health in that they let us know when they notice any potential health issues. We highly recommend Gisele and her team for their professionalism, dedication, quality work, and above all, their obvious genuine love of dogs.

My dog, Cleo, has been walking (daily) with Gisele and Megan of Hare and Hound for about two years, and the experience has been exceptional. Cleo is a medium-high energy dog that has specific training needs that help her to excel on walks. The team has taken her needs in stride. They invested their time into getting to know her and building a strong relationship with her. They have offered their own insights and suggestions, and facilitated additional opportunities along the way (e.g., meet and greets, long lead training) - going above and beyond to help Cleo continue to blossom. It is clear that the team genuinely cares about the dogs they take on adventures. Cleo adores Gisele and Megan - she is (quite) eager to get going at pick up and is a happy, tired dog on return. As for me, my mind can be at ease knowing that Cleo continues to have enriching experiences while in very capable hands. The team will let you know if any concerns arise or they notice your dog is having an off day. The team has been reliable, showing up for walks rain/snow or shine, and very responsive to changes that have arisen in my work schedule. Plus, the Instagram videos are always a treat. I highly recommend Hare and Hound!
