Bought a 2022 Honda CRV here a year ago. The paint on the front bumper peeled off as I was washing it. Body shop mentioned, could have been a paint bubble that spread.Took it in for warranty, and was told it was damaged by the warranty advisor. When in fact a body shop looked at it, and no damage or dent is done.Was not happy, no pictures were taken or even submitted to Honda.Will never purchase or warranty work here.Do not recommend!!

Mr. Kumar is extremely patient, I never felt pressure to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. You guys sold me a jeep with a noise from the engine bay and said everything was fine. Even after I asked about it. 1 year and a bit later my service 4wd comes on and my jeep dealership told me it's related to the noise that's been persistent ever since you guys sold it to me. It cost $5000 to fix. Can't trust you guys

After waiting for car for a year and bad experience with two diffrent dealership in past, I called go Honda one morning and talked to Alex. In the evening I walked out with honda pilot 2023. Straight forward price, no hidden games of finance. They provided what they promised. Alex from sales and brittni from finance was great to deal with!

Service was very disappointing. Had my Honda Odyssey serviced here couple of days ago and fuel economy went down from 12 to 16 after the service. Now I need to pay them again for another diagnostic service to get this looked into.In addition they quoted me 300 dollar for a pressure switch replacement whereas it's quoted only 100 outsideThe service person apparently doesn't even know if replacing the switch resolve an issue and also what is the risk of not replacing it.In addition I had to go behind them and ask so many questions for each and every thing. For this kind of service I don't need to go to a honda dealership.

Customer service has been amazing here the sales person Rodrigo V has been very accommodating, respectful, kind, and all around good sales person to work with. Also the knowledge of the vehicle in question was good. His approach to us very good and willing to work with us. Way to go Honda!!!! Awesome experience. This place is and can be busy, even though as busy as it was the experience was awesome and there was no pressure.

Car under basic factory warranty plus extra extension warranty. First what I heard from them how much I need to pay for diagnostic.Update: finally I don't pay the diagnostic.
