My experience with a bad customer service. Order #21008182631Long story short, I came to the store for shopping, and was told to make an online order at the store due to zero quantity in inventory. I signed up for delivery text alert, and check the status for delivery. Now, let's note that I live in an apartment building near downtown Toronto, and the buzzer code for superintendent is public (not to mention the number of people coming in and out). However, unbeknownst to me, the courier, who never reached out via phone/email/text, never sent an updated message/email saying the product is in delivery, never sent out a notice for failed delivery, decided to return the product w/o any notification. I only found out that I AM" entitled for a refund when I chatted to a support chat today

Hollister is a brand for teenagers with affordability. I like their designs, their winter articles are affordable and warm.

Lousy customer service. One star is generous.Attempted to exchange a new pair of pants that had a broken zipper, but they wouldn't even do that without a receipt. Obviously Hollister.Had the audacity to suggest we didn't purchase. Makes me wonder their target market.Classic David and Goliath!Thanks Nadia

Pretty slow at the billing line. Just 1 person at billing while I see 10 customers in the line waiting for billing.

It was a good experience for purchasing T-shirts for my brother and cousins

When we look around inside the store, it's very neat. It's easy to find things we are looking for. Loved it.

I was in there on June 5th in the evening. I was shopping around when a lovely young lady was serving me her name was 'ANJALI' and she was super friendly and was showing me around as I am new to this location and store. When Anjali was showing me some jeans. This little person rudely interrupted me and the sales lady, when I asked her who she was she told me she was the manger her name is Rhea. Then started to ask me what can she help me, at this point I informed her I don't need her help and that ANJALI was of great help, then she said she is the manger and replied to her I don't need your help i heard you the first time, she then threw a shirt on the table and walked off, so then i began to get help from ANJALI.I have say as a customer and an owner myself of a company. I would never have a manger like her, Very unprofessional, Extremely rude, and no Manners! If anyone has to go to this store I would highly recommended to stay away from that Manager Rhea. I have also called head office and reported her.The rest of the staff their 5 ******

Absolutely crazy, I purchased some merchandise online and and they are refusing return in the store says it's finale sale, but on the website it doesn't say anywhere it's a final sale. Terrible customer service.NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM Hollister AGAIN.

I had quite a weird experience today at your store. I was actually looking for help with size in the fitting room and I asked one of your staff for the common courtesy, if she works here so that I can ask her to help me with a size, to which I got a very rude reply from that staff “No, I am folding clothes for fun you need something”, with not so welcoming smile. I was shocked, as I have myself worked in retail, but never spoke to a customer this way. Also, she said that you can go and get for yourself.I am surprised, as Hollister is my favourite brand and for one rude reply I left all the selected clothes today.This incident happened around 8:30 PM.
