Used the link a long time, many years. Huge price increases plus yearly fee, no rating system for carriers. Long wait lines on phones, always have to be transferred to another department, its 2023 and no viable solution for employees to work from home, way over priced for the low paying freight on the system. We are meeting and negotiating with other load boards and considering making a switch. We will report back.

Loadlink is horrible but until there's another program in town I use them. I pay $300+ a month and most days can't find loads. Everyday I have to call to reset my account because my phone and home wifi are different networks. I swear I can't wait to never use them again.Can't sign in to my account and its a 30+ person wait to call in and its 9am on Monday morning. So dysfunctional.Iv recently been told I need to drive around with a laptop in order for loadlink to work properly or pay more money. I will be back with more ridiculous reviews from these guys.

Huge 37% price increase for already very expensive platform. No rates or other features included in base price, which is already double that of comparable US-based services which include these, have a better interface, and don't force you to use the same terminal/IP. This is 2023, not 1980. I understand there is no real load board competition in Canada but this is out of hand.Link, please don't respond to this.

This is the worst support system I have seen. for the price we all pay there should be no excuse.My system has been down since 05/11 & it is now 05/18. we constantly try to contact them and they arent even answering at this point. There are no reasons why it has been left this long or why theyre having this many problems.I would highly suggest you go with a different company. would rate less then 1 star if possible.

We are a new company just starting from scratch. Have never used a broker and the lady was very welcoming to the program and helped us understand the best she could with the time she had. We haven’t had delivered one load yet, but so far so good?! We will see how this goes?

Staff is cooperative but lack of staff there is too much waiting time on call. I have wasted almost one hour on waiting call to talk with a customer care. Loadlink should hire more staff for eliminate this issue.

every member of their support staff needs to be trained in every aspect of their business, for the amount of money I and everyone else pays we should expect this. I'm so sick and tired of calling with a certain problem and the person in the support department says they're not trained there's only a few people in the department that can help. I continue to email and leave voice mails for a person named Amanpreet which I know can help but no return calls to me. Very Very frustrating.

It is way overpriced and half the time it doesn’t update and delete old loads. It’s a nightmare to operate and the board constantly jumps and causes you to lose your place. They don’t invoice you before they charge you the following month instead they charge a laughable late fee and their rates are more expensive than ever, even though loads aren’t paying… use a different company we are switching

Frustrating experience every time I call. The holds for CSR are over 25 mins each time and then they drop the call and you have to go back in queue. We have been working with them a long time and over the years the prices go up and service is getting worse and worse, I think its time to switch companies. I am currently wasting over an hour on the phone with them....still trying to talk to someone , and get a solution.
