This place is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I got cajun noodles with bang bang chicken and when I got home and started eating, I found a HUGE bug in my food! I was absolutely horrified, I cannot stand bugs whatsoever and have never experienced a bug In my food until now. This place needs to be shut down, do not waste your time and money here! I contacted public health to let them know and they better do something about this, I had the most horrendous, and terrifying experience. I am so shook that I do not think I will ever be able to eat food from outside again, especially never at this restaurant. Also when I called the restaurant later on, I wanted to let them know about this issue. I did not want my money back I only wanted to let them know so I called and asked if I could speak to the manager and the lady on the phone so rudely said no and hung up. I kept trying to call again but they would not pick up my phone calls and when they eventually did she said her manager was out of service... what does out of service even mean??? And when I explained to her that there was a bug in my food she did not even say anything and hung up again. This place is not safe for people to eat at. I even took pictures, the bug looks like it was cooked along with the chicken... absolutely disgusting. I also was feeling very sick as I was eating the food, and it made sense because there was a humongous bug in my food. I still can't believe I ate a quarter of my food before realizing there was a bug in it.

Ate here at square one service was great the food was great and fresh no complaints great bang for your buck.

One of my favorite places to have lunch. Quick lines friendly staff. My favorite dish is the bourbon chicken with rice and mashed potatoes.

Hardly any food. Usually when I order here I have enough food to last 2 meals, there was hardly any items beside the noodles. I orders the 3 item combo and more than half my meal was noodles. I asked to try one of the meat items to see if I liked it and was told no.... Bourbon always allows for tasting. Other locations a better. The food here is very bland.

The guy worker is very stingy and hustler. I ordered a combo 3 which includes 2 meat 1 veggie and a rice or noodles. I ordered bourbon chicken and blackened chicken for my meats, the guy gave me one scoop of bourbon chicken and two pieces of blackened chicken!!!! When I asked for more blackened chicken he said it would be extra. He charged me $3.75 for three extra pieces of small blackened chicken. This place is the worst location in mississauga. Try other locations and you will see how much better it is.

Stop here from time to time. They are usually quick and food usually is on point. Thanks for the service and will be seeing you.

I read the reviews after, if I did I wouldn’t have gone to Bourbon for dinner tonight. Something must have changed, food was spectacular and delicious. I think the bad reviews must have helped them.

Ordered combo 1 (Bourbon chicken, fried rice and brocolli). Food was very tasty until my friend noticed something wrong with the brocolli. It has worm or maggots. Completely disgusting and unhygienic. Never going to order again.

Staff not very attentive. I requested blackened fish but I was given chicken instead. The portions are so tiny that it’s not worth your money. The rice was hard and zucchini tasted like a microwaved food. Overall experience was just not pleasant so won’t be coming back.
