Best manage Company, the office staff is the best, the training staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The GM is a dope, the very best i’ve ever seen in my life!!!

They are not allowed to idle in front of schools and hospitals. Why do they idle for one hour ( or even 1/2 hr is hard to take, ) in front of our windows? Are these drivers aware that we are being intoxicated every day with diesel fumes that we cannot get rid of, being heavier than air? Does anyone in this company train the drivers not to do that? Plus they burn fuel unnecessarily. Unbelievable that smth. like that can happen!

Buses have been so unreliable. A lot of times 90 - 120 minutes late and often 20-30 minutes late all winter with no notice so my daughter is standing out and waiting. Her bus cancelled our part of the route one day and failed to notify us; they kept saying it was almost there and then finally told me it was cancelled after I made them check exactly where it was (2 hours past the time it was supposed to be there). It’s been frustrating to have my daughter waiting outside in the unusually freezing weather for a long time. Communication has been terrible and the operators tell me the bus is only 20 minutes late when I call after 30 minutes. How do I trust the timing if they don’t really know?

Bus drivers are always late. Children should not be getting picked up at 920. An hour after school has started. Terrible communication with parents. How is this company even running? If I could give 0 or - stars I would

Never on time. They don't let us know when they're going to be late I called and asked if the bus was late cause my kid was waiting 20 minutes past pick up time. They said bus was on time 3 minutes later they updated the delay app after I called about it being late. They are late everyday there's no reason for this and when the bus driver has to take a day off they have nobody to take over so we have to wait for a bus driver to finish there route till they pick up our kids so our kids don't get to school till like 10am. This is honestly the worst company ever I wish they would give us a different bus company.

I was a student of Stock transportation under class 2S melt course...In this organization who teach the melt course. I mean those instructor (Doug, Soniya, Bianca and michel ONE ANOTHER LADY I FORGET HER NAME) they are to picky, rude, annoying and alot of attitude, they think they only know the things which is realted to course. They don't like those student who already knows about the course and they are thinking being as instructor they just only how to drive the bus or class material. they kicked student in between the course of the 2 week or beginning of 3 week. they doesnt like student ethics and behavior because if you ask alot question they think you distracted the class. moreover you can't ask your classmate any question in your language.So i just suggest you before join them ask them you will kick us in between the course or not. they waste my 14 days. Last week they said you don't obey the traffic rules than I don't know how I am complete the knowledge test before they give me completion certificate.personally i recommend Gey and Robert instructor instead of above mention instructor.Moreover ask your review in the market and your ex-worker who left you organization or who doesn't work more with you.

Very nice place, with nice people. Their Class 2S MELT course is good and the instructors are knowledgeable and want the students to succeed, and they train them to do so. Although some study at home is required.

Our regular Stock bus driver Harminder is great. She is always on time.For 4 days, we have different bus driver. Route 4512 on the 3rd day, I got my daughter after 2 hrs. She was supposed to be dropped off at 245 and we were calling dispatch and the school. Close to 5pm I was driving around looking for the bus and I found it a block away from my house.The bus only has 4 kids and school was done at 230pm. What happened for 2 hrs? You can't be driving around for 2 hours with my special needs kid.

They dont anwser their phones. They dont reply to emails.... The first driver they had on my kids run was great and on time. Then, God knows why, they changed drivers while winter hit us. They trained the new driver for one day! One day! The bus has been 45 min to 1h late since the new driver. The new driver was nice and honnest enough to admit he lost his way (probably because he was trainrd for 1 day). The fact that they wont anwser the phone or reply to emails just proves they dont care.
