Staff are very friendly and efficient!!! I send parcels to US often and their service, price and delivery time is unbeatable! What would normally take Canada post 2 weeks to 1 month to deliver, took chit chats only 3 days! Unbelievable, I should’ve switched earlier! Keep up the good work!

Love ChitChats for my US orders. However because of Canada Post, it's not very affordable for my oversized lettermail. They do offer parcels however, which I use when I have larger packages. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Although please note that if you have batches, print a batch label or else they will have to scan each package one by one and apparently that takes a long time. Save them the effort :)
