Thank you to the folks at A&J Vacuum Supplies. My central vacuum hose got plugged. I called A&J just before closing and said I could be there just after they close. They graciously said they would wait for me. I got there just after closing and they unplugged the hose. Great customer service!

The nicest people in the business. The most fair and they treat you so well. I was supper upset when I heard that their beloved pooch passed on chirstmas :(But I was lucky enough to see the new addition to the fam and omg is he or she I cant remember so cute omg.If your in the niagra area I would go here for all your vacuuming needs 100 percent.

Went in there today to inquire about servicing my central vac- dues to lack of suction. The lady helping me, Pauline, suggested a few things to try on my own before they send anyone over. How awesome is that? Most companies would just go for a quick cash grab and send someone out anyway.I'll need to replace my central vac soon... I know where I'll be going. These guys just earned my trust by their integrity. You don't get that at a big box store.

They did a great job of fixing our vacuum but I couldn’t believe the customer service - I believe it was the owner, an older lady who thought it was professional to inform me that our vacuum smelled as if someone had barfed in it. I thought it was extremely rude and embarrassing to say the least. I mean yes we have two dogs and A one year old I’m sure the share of food gets vacuumed up and it needed a good clean. My husband and I own several restaurants in the region I could not imagine saying anything of the sorts to someone. I’ll never take it back there. Unbelievable.

Great place for getting service done on your vacuums or if you are looking for a good quality vacuum. Pauline was such a pleasure to talk with on the phone and in person. They are very kind and courteous. They are one of the most helpful stores we have ever dealt with when it comes to a vacuum!

The importance of owner operator outfits is their service to the customer. Outstanding and amazingly nice people (Rick) to deal with in every possible way. .
