Fantastic experience, from start to finish!Very responsive to my email quote requests and questions. Very reasonable price and spot on with arrival time estimate and they left the job site almost spotless.Will not hesitate using Student Haulers in the future.5 stars all the way!!!!

Normally I love working with local Kalamazoo businesses, that's why I sought these guys out. We first attempted to contact via the online service. I left for an out of town confrence and didnt realize they had responded so I ended up calling. The quote I got over the phone was $40-$50/cubic yard while the one from the email (when I finally found it) said $30-$40. Unsure why these prices differences occurred.Over the phone I was able to schedule a time for them to come out with the owner Tim who seemed to be having phone trouble. (Kept getting hung up on and had to call back several times)I wait for the 2 hour timeframe I was given on the day they were meant to come. Didnt show or call. I called them to make sure everything was alright. Apparently they had rescheduled my pickup without telling me. (I specifically told the owner I run a business from my home could not have them working when I had clients here hence the specific day and time we settled on.Well my husband who works 3rd shift had to stay up to accommodate their inconvenient new time. When they finally got here my husband was told they didnt have enough time to do the entire job. I'm thoroughly frustrated at this point. I will not have you come back am quite appalled by the lack of communication and inability to finish the job. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

If you EVER need anything removed, I highly recommend that you use them. They were so very professional, on task, reasonable and FAST!! Surprisingly there were only two young men tonight, they had a long day but they were awesome, they had a plan and stayed on task. Arrived @7:50pm..... DONE BY 8:20....AMAZING JOB GUYS!! Will definitely use again and refer your service to family and friends. BONUS.... They even swept garage after cleanup.... AWESOME JOB AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Tim was quick to get back to my request and schedule the pick up. He and his worker were prompt, professional and fast! Highly recommend for any removal services!

Can’t say enough about how great Student Haulers are! They responded quickly, even on the holiday weekend. They even showed up 15 minutes early in the 2 hour time frame they gave us. We highly recommend using them. Worth every penny!

I can't say enough great things about this company. These guys are rockstars! I've been a raving fan since 2003 for both residential and commercial jobs and wouldn't think to call anyone else. Thanks Tim and crew for everything you have done. Keep up the great work!

Super happy with the service I received. I needed some help hauling some things away and I couldn’t believe how fast the guys were in and out. Definitely recommend! Tim was very responsive as well.

We needed a couple large items to be taken to the dump. Professional , prompt and courteous. Austin did a great job!!
