Staff members are courteous, responsive, and competent in all areas of primary employer income, retirement income, rental property income, and small business revenue (e.g. HST returns). They send reminders a few months ahead of the annual rush for filing, gather the critical information ahead of deadlines and interact directly during the actual preparation of the tax forms. This up-front communication eliminates unnecessary sit-down meetings, but there is a final in-person review of the Tax Returns before E-filing the package to Canada’s Revenue Agency.
