National Seating & Mobility

James Wall, Field Technician for National Seating & Mobility did a phenomenal job installing 9+ grab bars in the bathrooms throughout the house. These inluded wall mounts beside the toilets, in a bathtub with shower, in a walk-in shower stall and several mounts surrounding a very deep seated soaker tub (which otherwise one would have a longer soak than intended). The service provided by James was couteous, fast, efficient and professional. I highly recommend NSM for their service and their products and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.

James Wall came to my house to fill the tires on my chair, due to other problems he had to come back two more times. Each time he was very cordial and professional. Great service

I'd like to commend Peter at Nat'l Seating. I experienced his professional, helpful and reassuring installation visit to my home. The elevator was out of order and Peter trekked up to my floor and down my long hallway, carrying the in-home assists, without any complaint. He included me on decisions about positioning, my preferences and my comfort. While the equipment being installed does add to the quality and ease of my daily life, adjusting to my need for it can be difficult. Peter's courteous and matter of fact approach made a difference. Thank you, to Peter and to David with whom I had a brief and first contact regarding my out of home mobility aid.

A shout out to Field Technicians Peter Charles and James Wall for their house call to repair my son’s hospital bed, equipment for which we are highly dependent on for working dependably! They did an efficient and effective repair while my son hung close by in his lift system. :)

My experience with National Seating has been great since day one. David has always been patient and helpful often coming himself to fix things, even on weekends if necessary. James has also great to deal with, always injecting some humour and a smile on his visits.
