We brought our little one in for a free consultation and we were so impressed. It was easy to get an appointment, all the staff were extremely friendly (Kevin was wonderful), and they didn’t try and sell us on anything we didn’t need. They also sent a follow-up email with our scan results, which was a very nice extra touch. We had a great experience all around and would highly recommend this place.

We did the free consultation and it went amazingly quick with Doctor Kevin. He was great with our daughter. He is knowledgeable and put terms that were easy to understand. I recommend checking them out. They'll help you put your mind at ease with any questions you have, as they did with us.

Excellent experience for the parents and for my babies! A zero pressure, friendly, knowledgeable service. The staff was incredible in helping us navigate insurance coverage/papers. We are very happy we were able to give our twin boys a symmetrical head for life. Going for check ups was something that we looked forward to. Can't recommend it enough. The staff at Rokband were so helpful and caring. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. What I loved was how thorough and patient they were during each appointment. Booking appointments were so easy but most importantly, their technology was able to fix my baby's plagiocephaly in a short time frame. I highly recommend Rokband, the New Westminister clinic.

Our experience at ROKband New west location, was more than I could've asked for. The staff is welcoming, friendly, communicates efficiently, responds to feedback well and most importantly extremely knowledgable. The team always looked at the whole picture, not only the head shape. They looked at causes and what other treatment options we could be putting into place that we may not have been already. This to me was great as they made me feel they cared about my children's health as much as I did.I also appreciated how they would accommodate us with any issues we had. They would anticipate problems that could" arise

Having a helmet fitted at ROKband was one of the best decisions i made for my 4 month old after getting diagnosed with Plagiocephaly. We decided to go for the free consultation and right off the bat, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the all details and work that goes into fitting the helmet with no pressure to commit at all. Of course we did commit :) We were at the New West location and saw Vanessa at each follow up visit. She is absolutely amazing and made us feel so warm and welcomed every single time, all the staff there do. I would highly recommend ROKband and wish I knew about this place earlier, with my now 5 year old boy. I wish I could give them more stars :)

My son went here and fixed his flat for 7 months. Every step was a breeze and each staff that we see was warm, kind, friendly, respectful and compassionate. The helmets were minimalist and my son seemed to be pretty comfortable wearing it. I felt we were in the best hands in fixing my son's flat! We truly couldn’t say enough good things about our experience with ROKband New West—seriously beyond our expectations! Laura & Nicole are wonderful at what they do and made us feel completely comfortable from day one. We knew immediately that our baby was in the best hands. They answered every single question and if we had any concerns, they replied as quickly as possible and always had a solution. We felt supported and confident in our baby’s progress throughout the entire journey! And most importantly, we were so happy with the result of his head shape. Although we’re excited to celebrate the end of our helmet wearing journey, we’ll honestly miss our monthly appointments and wish everyone on the team well.We would recommend working with the ROKband team one million percent.
