Never had problems as a first nations member using status card simple fast flowing no issues with both sides of border, once had to pull over due to some weeds from garden intrusive plants that's it

Some staff are disrespectful and have an unwelcoming attitude. I understand it's their job to be strict and mean to enforce laws, but I feel like they weren't very fair. Not the symbol of Canada that I know of. I've had mostly had good experiences here, but not recently; I was not treated like a human being, I faced rude and condescending treatment.I felt horrible, sad, and frustrated. Absolutely unacceptable.Unfortunately won't plan to come back to Point Roberts anytime soon, even though I like going there for gas, and the scenery of peninsula from the parks.Coming back up to Canada can become more a hassle than it should be.

PARKING: Immigration/Residency - PARK IN THE CSBA PARKING LOT. just turn left after the first set of white cones. Make sure you check-in at the office and identify your car to an officer. The parking lot is intended for CSBA boarder services business.PARKING: ROUTINE BOARDER CROSSING: You can not park in the CSBA parking lot, you will get towed away. There is NO BOARDER PARKING on Sherwood Blvd. The Delta City Bylaw Officer will have your car towed away and you will get a ticket. You can park at Diefenbaker park on 1st ave.

I remember a women wearing glasses with a short brown hair was too rude and arrogant. I visited here for applying a visa a few weeks ago. She often told people who came there that she has no enough time to do and let people go back. But I saw she didn't focus on her job and laughed with co workers with funny jokes and just spent time. Several people already waited there and had to wait very long time about 3~4 hours per each person. I don't think she is working at the suitable position. She gains her salary by the tax of the people. I was so disappointed at the worker.

Very rude and not welcoming people working at the Canadian side of the border. Would give 0 stars for the provided service, but I can't. They should do better job for our tax money.

A week ago the officer at the booth was extremely helpful and even volunteered helpful information about the rules concerning border crossings and stays during the pandemic. Extremely friendly.

I went to this border to do flagpoling but the officers were disrespectful and treated me like a criminal. Even though all my documents were complete, the officer refused me without a valid reason, and it's a pity that there is no supervision of the officers' work and they make decisions based on taste.

Nightshift could be tedious, but at least the officer could have a normal attitude (if not positive) rather than a condescending tone.
