The owner has no heart, a disabled woman in a wheel chair ended up stuck in some fresh asphalt that his company had put down at Zehrs on Lauzon Rd. There were no signs or pilons to stop her from rolling over it. Her wheelchair tires got damaged from this incident and neither the owner or the city of Windsor will help her with the repairs she needs. The tar got all over her apartment and ruined her carpet. Who could do that to a person who is disabled and can barely afford to take care of regular day needs.
