I have dealt with koppert alot not having to many issues with them. until I was not going to get my shipment due to it was damaged by them. I explained to koppert my situation and why I had order them. They told me pay for a more expensive package and they would ship my bugs. They told me I would get a refund. that refund won't show up until after the order dead line. So they can't help me at all even though I've dealt with them alot. They have informed me they can't do anything more for me unless I pay more money for more bugs. I even have the emails. I waited over a week to find out they were damaged.

Purchased beneficial bugs and they didn't work. Customer service just said to try another product. Sorry but I will not be spending another $100.

If your looking for beneficial bugs predatory bugs they have them. This company will not help with any kinds of deals or people that might need help with shipping costs. I found another company that has no problem helping with any issues at all.

Completed my first order with these guys Jan 8 and never recieved my email with my tracking number and shipping confirmation. Due to this my bios sat outside in the snow for 24 hours. Email the rep, didn't get back to me when I mention that my confirmation email was never sent/received. Not impressed and won't be ordering again
