Horrible service! Went through the drive thru tonight, and the worker greeted us with we close in 5 minutes what do you want?. Not like we know what time they close at because there was operation of hours in the drive thru! Very very rude.

The service was terrible. After 20 minutes of waiting, they couldn't find my order. I took a refund and left. I watched during the time waiting, and they were throwing orders out of people who had got tired of waiting. At DQ now, less than 5 minutes for my order. Stay away from the McDonald's in the Atholville Walmart.

This place is really dirty and disgusting the food is cold the service is bad really slow the workers are always goofing off in the back sometimes your waiting almost 20 minutes because their too busy playing around in the back really imature workers at this place

The current manager is one of the rudest people in New Brunswick. In addition, service is super slow. If the employer knew about this manager's terrible work, they'd fire her on the spot. Yes it's a McD so people are gonna come anyway, but there is no doubt that this manager is hurting the business, compared to what a normal manager would do.

December 14th 2021 4:06pm Drive Thru.The gentleman who took my order and served my food to me at the drive-thru must have been the most polite, friendly and pleasant to deal with McDonald's worker I have ever ever experienced. It was a pleasure to deal with this gentleman and his exemplary behavior and service was the perfect example of exactly how a worker should be in the food service industry not to mention a perfect example of how people should just treat others in society in general.Thank you McDonald's drive-thru worker for showing us that happy decent friendly people truly do exist still :)

Service is really slow , to busy being on their cell phones , fries were cold and ordered McNuggets and some missing was not to impress , to much staff at once makes it easier for them to chat and forget about the customers. Don't use the protocol for Covid 19 have mask on but on their chin and don't wash hands after each customer or put sanitizer and go from Cash to food to money handling right to the cup that is put in ice tray getting germs everywhere. ☹️
